What is your favorite vegetable?
Sangarepa, zucchini, potatoes, spinach, rocket ...?
I love everything, and today I will single out two favorites, which are Spanish and zucchini.
As a little mother, she told me that we have to eat spinach to be as strong as Popeye (cartoon), and what is spinach really good for and why should we eat it?
Spinach contains iron, which affects the amount of hemoglobin in the blood. As in the cartoon, when Popeye eats spinach, his muscles grow, in real life, his muscles will not grow instantly, but he will strengthen his muscle tone.
Spinach should be eaten by pregnant women and small children because it contains vitamin B9 (folic acid), which is recommended for every pregnant woman to use folic acid.
spinach fibers speed up digestion and improve bowel function.

When buying spinach, choose bright green leaves, on which there are no traces of drying.
Wash the spinach well before use.
Do not store spinach in the refrigerator for more than four days, because it can lose its taste and become sour.

You need chicken for greens:

  • 600 g spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 4-5 garlic
  • 400 g of white meat
  • 1 zucchini
  • half a cup of rice
  • spice
  • pepper
  • basil
  • oregano
  • olive oil
  • masac
  • egg
  • milk

First of all, wash and cook the spinach.And chop the zucchini.

Put butter in the pan to melt, add garlic and black onion and a little water. Cut the chicken into cubes and season it with spice, pepper, basil, and oregano and a little olive oil. When the onion gets a glassy look, add white meat, spinach and chopped zucchini and rice.

Allow to simmer, so that the meat takes on the juice of spinach, zucchini and onion.

When the meat is almost done, take a bowl and arrange a row of chicken and vegetables, then a row of cheese.

Place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes at 200 C.
