Espero que todos estén muy bien, hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes una receta super saludable y muy rica😋, es ideal para un exquisito desayuno y a mi hija le encantan, se trata de unas Saludables y Deliciosas Panquecas de Banana y Avena🥞, está receta es súper sencilla de preparar y su sabor es maravilloso, así que ven te invito a cocinarlas conmigo! 👩🏼🍳
I hope everyone is very well, today I come to share with you a super healthy and very rich😋 recipe, it is ideal for a delicious breakfast and my daughter loves them, it is a Healthy and Delicious Banana and Oatmeal Pancakes🥞, this recipe is super simple to prepare and its taste is wonderful, so come I invite you to cook them with me! 👩🏼🍳
Ingredientes/ Ingredients 🥞
- 1Taza de avena en hojuelas/ 1 cup of oatmeal flakes.
- 2 Bananas maduras/ 2 Ripe bananas.
- 1 Taza de Leche líquida/ 1 Cup of liquid milk.
- 1 Huevo / 1 egg.
- 1 Cucharadita de vainilla/ 1 Teaspoon vanilla.
- 1/2 Cucharadita de canela en polvo/ 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon powder.
- Topping opcionales para decorar: Sirope de chocolate, moras y gotas de chocolate/ Optional topping for decoration: chocolate syrup, blackberries and chocolate drops.
Preparación/ Preparation.👩🏼🍳🥞
Primer paso/ First Step. 🥞
We start by processing the oat flakes with the help of a blender until it becomes a flour. Blend very well and set aside.
Segundo paso/ Second step.👩🏼🍳🥞
Now we are going to peel and chop the bananas, then with the help of a fork we are going to mash them to a puree and set aside.
Tercer paso/ Third step. 👩🏼🍳🥞
Then in a bowl we are going to beat the egg until its volume increases a little, then we add the liquid milk and vanilla, then we add the processed oatmeal plus the cinnamon and finally the banana puree, we mix very well until all the ingredients are integrated and we obtain a homogeneous and somewhat dense mixture.
Cuarto paso/ Fourth step. 👩🏼🍳🥞
Once the pancake mixture is ready, we proceed to cook the pancakes, to do this we will put a little oil in a non-stick frying pan, let it heat up well and then add a little of the mixture, let it cook until it browns a little on both sides and remove from the heat.
Finally we proceed to serve our Delicious and Healthy Banana and Oatmeal Pancakes, in this case I served them with chocolate syrup, banana slices, blackberries and chocolate drops.
As I told you at the beginning, my daughter loves these pancakes and for her I made a different presentation, more friendly to get her attention and equally delicious! Now yes to enjoy! 👩🏼🍳🥞 Enjoy your meal! 💫
