El plato especial de hoy para nuestro almuerzo fue Nuggets de pollo, papas fritas y ensalada mixta con kétchup.

Greetings! hiver´s! I tell them that in my house we have a habit and that is that every weekend, we cook something different, we break our diet a bit by indulging in fried foods and so on.
Today's special for our lunch was Chicken Nuggets, French Fries, and Mixed Salad with Ketchup.
INGREDIENTES:
Para los Nuggets:
• Una milanesa de pollo.
• Una cucharadita de salsa inglesa.
• Mostaza (al gusto)
• Ajo (al gusto)
• Sal y pimienta (al gusto)
For the Nuggets:
• A chicken cutlet.
• One teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
• Mustard (to taste)
• Garlic (to taste)
• Salt and pepper to taste)
Para el Empanizado:
• 4 cucharadas de harina de trigo
• 2 cucharadas de harina de maíz blanco.
• Un huevo grande
• Sal (al gusto)
For the breading:
• 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
• 2 tablespoons of white cornmeal.
• A large egg
• Salt to taste)
Para las papas:
• 4 papas grandes
• Aceite (para freír)
• Sal (al gusto)
• Kétchup
For the potatoes:
• 4 large potatoes
• Oil (for frying)
• Salt to taste)
• Ketchup
Para la ensalada:
• 1 lechuga pequeña.
• 1 tomate grande.
• 1 cebolla.
• Sal (al gusto)
For the salad:
• 1 small lettuce.
• 1 large tomato.
• 1 onion.
• Salt to taste)
PREPARACION:
Picamos la milanesa en tiras y las marinamos al gusto.
Preparation:
Chop the milanesa into strips and marinate them to taste.
We prepare the egg in a cup and in another we mix the wheat flour with the corn flour and add the salt to taste.
First we pass the chicken strips through the egg since this serves as a glue and then go through the flour and they can be more crispy and juicy inside.
Then we put enough oil in a pan to cover them and when it is hot we add the Nuggets.
Simultaneously, peel and chop the potatoes into strips, dry them well with a towel and add salt to taste and then let them rest for 5 minutes.
Prepare a frying pan with enough oil and when it is hot, fry the potatoes until golden brown.
We wash and disinfect the lettuce and chop it with a plastic knife so that it does not rust and prepare a bed of lettuce.
Wash and chop the tomato and onion in wheels and chop the avocado into half moons.
We already have the Nuggets ready, serve and enjoy our delicious lunch.
