La costilla de res es una carne muy deliciosa se lleva tiempo en la cocina pero con paciencia todo es posible y mas aun para darnos un buen gustoso, es una receta sencilla y fácil de preparar, con ingredientes que siempre hay en casa.

1 Kilo de Costilla de res.
Orégano.
Pimienta Negra,
7 Dientes de Ajo.
Sal al gusto.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Kilo of beef ribs.
- Oregano.
- Black Pepper,
- 7 cloves of garlic.
- Salt to taste.
Vamos primeramente limpiando muy bien las costillas y eliminando el exceso de grasas.
First clean the ribs very well and remove excess fat.
Ahora las llevamos a la paila o cardero y le agregamos suficiente agua hasta cubrirlas todas.

Pasamos a condimentar en un mortero trituramos los dientes de ajo y se los agregamos a nuestra costillas.
