El manjar de mango una delicia al paladar, una muy sencilla receta para la elaboración de un exquisito postre, un manjar criollo que puede preparar para una ocasión especial, es rápido, económico y sencillo. Sólo requiere de tres ingredientes básicos y el principal es el mango.

6 Mangos
50gr. de Maizina.
150gr. de Azúcar.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 Mangoes
- 50gr. of cornstarch.
- 150gr. of sugar.
Se lavan muy bien los mangos y le retiramos toda la cascara.

Le cortamos todas la pulpa una vez.

Luego la vertemos en una olla.

Le agrego 2 tazas de agua.

La llevamos al fuego y dejamos cocinar por 25 minutos cuando el mango este completamente blando.

Mientras se va enfriando un poco vamos a agregar un poco de aceite al recipiente donde lo vamos a verter. Y esparcimos con la ayuda de una brocha eso para evitar que se pegue a la hora de des moldar.
