A cordial greeting to all my friends of Hive, I hope you are well, today I will be sharing with you a recipe for a delicious chocolate cake, with a fascinating flavor, a soft and fluffy texture, plus it does not need filling because this way it is already a delight, so without further ado I will show you how to prepare this recipe that is indispensable for our cakes.
Ingredientes:
- 100 gramos de chocolate en polvo.
- 500 gramos de azúcar.
- 4 huevos.
- 200 ml de leche liquida.
- 400 gramos de harina de trigo.
- 100 ml de aceite.
- 1 cucharada de polvo de hornear.
- Pizca de sal.
Ingredients:
- 100 grams of chocolate powder.
- 500 grams of sugar.
- 4 eggs.
- 200 ml of liquid milk.
- 400 grams of wheat flour.
- 100 ml oil.
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder.
- Pinch of salt.
Paso 1: Empezamos por separando la clara de la yema, hasta hacerlo con los 4 huevos, con el batidos vamos a ir batiendo hasta que poco a poco se valla incorporando aire, luego agregamos las yemas y seguimos batiendo hasta que duplique su volumen.
Step 1: We start by separating the egg white from the yolk, until we do it with the 4 eggs, with the beaten eggs we are going to beat until little by little air is incorporated, then we add the yolks and continue beating until it doubles its volume.
Paso 2: Cuando ya tengamos los huevos listo agregamos los 500 g de azúcar y seguimos batiendo por 3 minutos más, luego se añade 100 ml de aceite. Ahora los 200 ml de leche liquida y seguimos batiendo por unos segundos más, hasta que la azúcar se allá derretido un poco.
Step 2: When the eggs are ready, add the 500 g of sugar and continue beating for 3 more minutes, then add 100 ml of oil. Now add 200 ml of liquid milk and continue beating for a few seconds more, until the sugar has melted a little.
Paso 3: Al ya tener todo muy bien mezclado con la ayuda de un colados ponemos el polvo de hornear, la harina de trigo, el chocolate en polvo y por ultimo la pizca de sal, damos unos golpecitos y en unos segundos ya tenemos todo los ingredientes tamizados. Batimos con el batidos lentamente hasta incorporar muy bien los ingredientes secos.
Step 3: Once everything is well mixed with the help of a sieve add the baking powder, the wheat flour, the chocolate powder and finally the pinch of salt, tap a few times and in a few seconds we have all the ingredients sifted. We beat with the beater slowly until the dry ingredients are well incorporated.
Paso 4: Cuando ya tengamos la mezcla muy bien batida, pasamos a preparar el molde cubriendo su interior con mantequilla y harina de trigo, ahora si procedemos a echar toda la mezcla, para luego llevarla al horno ya pre-calentado a 180º.
Step 4: When the mixture is well beaten, prepare the mold by covering the inside with butter and wheat flour, now we proceed to pour all the mixture, and then take it to the oven already preheated to 180º.
After 55 minutes in the oven, this was my result friends before taking it out of the oven I recommend that you prick it with a toothpick to see this cooked inside, and once cooled we can enjoy this delicious chocolate cake, with a soft, fluffy texture and a fascinating flavor.
