Delicioso Flan de Café 🍮, sin leche condensada,así lo preparé
Ingredientes
4 unidades de huevos
3 cucharadas de leche en polvo
4 cucharadas de azucar
1/3 taza de café concentrado
6 cucharadas de azúcar y 3 cucharadas de agua para el caramelo
Delicious Coffee Flan 🍮, without condensed milk, that's how I prepared it

4 tablespoons of sugar
1/3 cup of concentrated coffee
6 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of water for the caramel

Paso 1
Para el primer paso, vamos a preparar el caramelo, para ello en un molde de aproximadamente 12 cm de diámetro, colocamos el agua y el azúcar, llevamos a fuego bajo y cuando comience a hervir, movemos la olla constantemente,hasta que comience a tomar el color caramelo, retirar del fuego y bañar con el caramelo, todos los bordes del molde.

Step 1
For the first step, we are going to prepare the caramel, for this, in a mold of approximately 12 cm in diameter, place the water and sugar, bring to a low heat and when it begins to boil, we move the pot constantly, until it begins to take the caramel color, remove from the heat and bathe with the caramel, all the edges of the mold.
Paso 2
Luego vamos a colocar en la licuadora los huevos, la leche, azúcar y por último el café, licuamos por 1 minuto, que todo quede muy bien mezclado.
Step 2
Then we are going to place the eggs, milk, sugar and finally the coffee in the blender, blend for 1 minute, so that everything is very well mixed.
Paso 3
Después agregamos está mezcla en el molde donde hicimos el caramelo, tapamos y llevamos a baño de María, por aproximadamente 1 hora, tener especial cuidado, que si el agua de baño de María se seca, volver a colocar, cuando esté listo, retirar del fuego y desmoldar.
Step 3
Then we add this mixture to the mold where we made the caramel, cover and place in a bain-marie for approximately 1 hour, be especially careful that if the bath water dries up, replace it, when it is ready, remove it from the fire and demold.

Llevar al refrigerador, por espacio de 2 horas, es un postre que se consume de preferencia frío.
