Hello friends happy start of the week to all I hope you are well, here I am again I was lost hahahaha well friends, today I went to the market to buy fish because I really wanted to eat that, and today I wanted to share with you this delicious fish called carite a margariteño dish with tostones, arepa and salad that I made yesterday Sunday.

Hola amigos feliz inicio de semana a todos espero que están bien, aquí estoy otra vez estaba perdida jajajaja bueno amigos, hoy fui al mercado a comprar pescado porque tenía muchas ganas de comer eso, y hoy quise compartir con ustedes este delicioso pescado llamado carite un plato margariteño con tostones, arepa y ensalada que hice ayer domingo.

The ingredients were 6 wheels of CARITE fish, for the arepas I used 300 grams of flour, for the tostones I used a green plantain and for the salad I used 3 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers and 200 grams of lettuce. The first thing I did was to season the fish with salt and I passed it through wheat flour, then I put the pan to heat with enough oil, chop the plantain into several pieces and put it in the pan, put another pan to heat for the grilled arepas, in a bowl put 400ml of water and 200 grams of flour and a pinch of salt, when ready I made my arepa and put it in the pan.

Los ingredientes fueron 6 rueda de pescado CARITE, para las arepas use 300gramos de harina, para los tostones un platado verde y para la mesada 3 tomates, 2 pepinos y 200 gramos de lechuga. Lo primero que hice fue sazonar el pescado con sal y lo pasé por harina de trigo, luego coloque el sartén a calentar con suficiente aceite, pique el plátano en varios trozos y lo coloque en el sartén, coloque otro sartén a calentar para las arepas asadas, en un recipiente coloque 400ml de agua y 200gramos de harina y una pizca de sal, al estar lista hice mi arepa y la coloque al sartén.

Después pique la ensala, primero lave la lechuga, luego pique el tomate en rodaja y despues los dos pepinos en rodaja, le exprimí 3 limones a la ensalada y sal al gusto, luego saqué los plátanos lo machaque y los volví a freír espere 2minutos y los retiré del aceite, en ese mismo aceite empecé a freír las posta de pescado 6 minutos por cada lado, al estar listo todo, lo adorne en los platos y lista mi comida se ve hermoso mi almuerzo y me quedó delicioso gracias a todos por leer y poder compartir con ustedes esta deliciosa comida y ahora si a comer espero les guste, hasta otra ocasión cuídense mucho amigos de Foodies Bee Hive..
