¡Hola, amigos de #Hive! Bienvenidos una vez más a esta deliciosa sección 🍽"Cocinando con Tere"🍽. En esta oportunidad traigo par ustedes una deliciosa receta, muy saludable y sencilla de preparar. El Chop Suey es un plato de origen chino, es literalmente descrito como "trozos mezclados", también su preparación ha sido adaptada en varios países.

Solo necesitaremos vegetales, carne de res -también se puede preparar mixto- y algunos condimentos.

Hello, #Hive friends! Welcome once again to this delicious section 🍽"Cooking with Tere"🍽. This time I bring for you a delicious recipe, very healthy and simple to prepare. Chop Suey is a dish of Chinese origin, it is literally described as "mixed pieces", also its preparation has been adapted in several countries.

We will only need vegetables, beef -it can also be prepared mixed- and some seasonings.


La cantidad a utilizar es para 4 personas

  • 700gr de carne de res
  • 2 zanahorias grandes
  • 2 cebollas
  • 1 pimentón grande
  • 2 ajos
  • Mostaza
  • Sal y adobo

The quantity to be used is for 4 persons

  • 700gr of beef
  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 2 garlic
  • Mustard
  • Salt and marinade


Debemos recordar lavar muy bien los vegetales para eliminar cualquier bacteria, siempre recomiendo hacerlo con limón y sal disueltos en agua, hervir esta mezcla por unos segundos y luego echar los vegetales -igualmente para la carne-.


Iniciamos cortando la carne en tiras de aproximadamente 1cm de ancho y de 4/5cm de largo.

Start by cutting the meat into strips approximately 1 cm wide and 4/5 cm long.

Los vegetales deben ser cortados en tiras también, ni muy delgadas ni muy gruesas...al estilo juliana.

The vegetables should also be cut into strips, neither too thin nor too thick...julienne style.


Sofreímos la cebolla con el ajo machacado por 1 minuto aproximadamente. Cuando la cebolla tenga un tono cristalino agregamos la carne, sal, adobo y mostaza al gusto, y dejamos sofreír por 1 minuto más.

Saute the onion with the crushed garlic for approximately 1 minute. When the onion has a crystalline tone, add the meat, salt, marinade and mustard to taste, and sauté for 1 minute more.

Agregamos el resto de los vegetales, tapamos el sartén y dejamos cocinar a fuego medio por 15 minutos o hasta que noten los vegetales blandos.

Add the rest of the vegetables, cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
