Pollo a la broaster | Broaster Chicken

¡Hola, amigos de Hive! Sean muy bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog. Como lo mencioné en mi presentación “¡Las recetas no van a faltar!” y aquí tengo para ustedes la primera de muchas. Me complace compartir la receta para preparar esta delicia, sin duda alguna es una de las formas más ricas de comer pollo ¡Bien crujiente! Broaster/broster –es válido de las dos maneras- o al estilo KFC; es uno de mis favoritos, y si ya lo probaste o intentas prepararlo después de ver mi post, ya sabrás porqué me encanta tanto.

Hello Hive friends! You are very welcome back to my blog. As I mentioned in my presentation "The recipes are not going to be missing!" and here I have for you the first of many. I am pleased to share the recipe to prepare this delicacy, without a doubt it is one of the richest ways to eat chicken. Very crispy! Broaster / broster –it's valid both ways- or KFC-style; It is one of my favorites, and if you have already tried it or try to prepare it after seeing my post, you will already know why I love it so much

La cantidad a utilizar en los ingredientes es para 4 personas:

  • 8 Trozos de pollo
  • Harina de trigo
  • 2 Huevos
  • 2 Ajos
  • Sal
  • Adobo
  • Mostaza

The amount to use in the ingredients is for 4 people:

  • 8 Pieces of chicken
  • Wheat flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • Dressing
  • Mustard

Preparación:

Principalmente debemos tener los trozos de pollo listos, para condimentar utilizaremos 1 diente de ajo rallado, 1 cdita de mostaza, adobo y sal al gusto; recomiendo realizar unas pequeñitas aberturas con el cuchillo –obviamente :D- a los trozos más carnosos, esto con el fin de que cada uno esté gustosito completamente. Lo dejamos reposar 10 minutos mientras estamos condimentando los huevos. Me gusta prepararlo de esta manera –crudo- porque considero que al momento de bañar el pollo con el huevo, sazona muchísimo más y se adhiere mejor la harina. Hay quienes prefieren cocer el pollo y agregar un toque de sal al agua, y luego sí bañarlo con el huevo y la harina –es cuestión de cómo te guste y parezca más rico hacerlo-. Cabe destacar que como lo muestro en esta receta, tomará un poco más de tiempo y consume más cantidad de aceite.

Preparation:

Mainly we must have the chicken pieces ready, to season we will use 1 grated garlic clove, 1 teaspoon of mustard, marinade and salt to taste; I recommend making some small openings with the knife –obviously: D- to the meatiest pieces, this so that each one is completely tasty. We let it rest for 10 minutes while we season the eggs. I like to prepare it like this - raw - because I consider that when you bathe the hen with the egg, it dries much more and the flour adheres better. There are those who prefer to cook the chicken and add a touch of salt to the water, and then bathe it with the egg and the flour, it is a matter of how you like it and how delicious it seems to do it. It should be noted that as I show in this recipe, it will take a little longer and consume more oil.

Paso 1:

Condimentamos los 2 huevos con 1 ajo rallado, 1 cdita de mostaza, adobo y sal al gusto. Recuerda batirlos bien para que todos los condimentos se puedan disolver.
Se preguntarán “¿Por qué si ya el pollo está condimentado, también lo haces con los huevos?” Bueno...prefiero hacerlo de esta manera porque al momento de cubrirlo con la harina, esta se adhiere al huevo y absorbe su sabor, de esta mezcla vamos a obtener esa cobertura deliciosa y muy crujiente.

Step 1:

Season the 2 eggs with 1 grated garlic, 1 teaspoon mustard, marinade, and salt to taste. Remember to beat them well so that all the seasonings dissolve.
They will wonder "Why, if the chicken is already seasoned, you also do it with the eggs?" Well ... I prefer to do it this way because when it comes to covering it with the flour, it adheres to the egg and absorbs its flavor, from this mixture we are going to obtain that delicious and very crunchy coating

Paso 2:

Con la ayuda de una pinza, pasamos cada trozo de pollo por la mezcla hasta conseguir la total cobertura de cada uno, seguidamente lo pasamos por la harina y hacemos exactamente lo mismo, dejarlo totalmente cubierto por ella como se muestra en la fotografía del paso 3 –utilicen la cantidad que consideren necesaria-.

Step 2:

With the help of a tweezers, we pass each piece of chicken through the mixture until we achieve total coverage of each one, then we pass it through the flour and do exactly the same, leaving it completely covered by it as shown in the photograph of step 3 -Use the amount you consider necessary-.

Paso 3:

¡Finalmente, a freír! Recuerden que tenemos el pollo crudo, por ello debemos freírlo a fuego bajito por unos 5 minutos aproximadamente -también depende del nivel de calentura de tu cocina-. A medida que transcurra el tiempo, podrán notar que poco a poco va tomando color, un tono menos pálido, cuando esto suceda ya podemos aumentar a fuego medio y esperar que se vaya dorando -como se ve en la foto final-.

Step 3:

Finally, to fry! Remember that we have raw chicken, so we must fry it over low heat for approximately 5 minutes -it also depends on the level of heat in your kitchen. As time passes, you will notice that little by little it takes color, a less pale tone, when this happens we can increase to medium heat and wait for it to brown -as seen in the final photo-.



¡Exquisito! Solo así puedo describirlo. Mi plato está acompañdo por arroz y unos deliciosos trocitos de plátano –también los freí-. El plátano es un alimento que se consume demasiado en mi región, hay diferentes maneras de preparar esta delicia, porque sí, también es una delicia y en una proxima oportunidad estaré compartiendo con ustedes las diversas maneras de prepararlo.
