Feliz fin de semana amigos espero sea de muchas bendiciones y deliciosas recetas para compartir en familia. Hace un mes una amiga me hablo de torta que había probado en su pueblo natal en una visita que hizo, me llamo la atención lo fácil que es y lo mucho que la disfrutó mi amiga por lo que me tomé el tiempo para hacerla y es lo que hoy les traigo para compartir. Les muestro el paso a paso de la torta Hormiga.

A month ago a friend told me about a cake that she had tasted in her hometown on a visit she made, I was struck by how easy it is and how much my friend enjoyed it, so I took the time to make it and this is what I bring you today to share. I show you the step by step of the Hormiga cake.
- 250 gr de mantequilla.
- 2 tazas de azúcar.
- 4 huevos.
- 3.5 tazas de harina de trigo leudante.
- 2 tazas de leche.
- 1 cucharada de vainilla.
- 50 gr de cacao para rayar.
- 250 gr butter.
- 2 cups of sugar.
- 4 eggs.
- 3.5 cups of leavening wheat flour.
- 2 cups milk.
- 1 tablespoon vanilla.
- 50 gr cocoa for grating.

Comenzamos batiendo la mantequilla con el azúcar hasta cremar y luego agregamos los cuatro huevos, batimos por unos 4 minutos mas.

Lo siguiente es agregar la harina de trigo intercalando con la leche liquida y al final un poco de vainilla.

Antes de agregar la mezcla a la tortera previamente enharinada y enmantequillar, vamos a agregarle la cantidad de 50 gr de cacao que se debe rallar por el lado mas grueso del rallo. Batimos solo un poco en forma envolvente y agregamos la mezcla en la tortera.

Llevamos al horno por unos 45 minutos o cuando al introducir un palillo este salga limpio.

Dejamos reposar a temperatura ambiente para luego disfrutar de esta delicia de torta que como ven es muy fácil de hacer.

Me gustó de la torta su facilidad para prepararla y que el cacao le baja lo dulce del azúcar por lo que al paladar se siente bajo de azúcar pero rico. Se llama torta hormiga por si observan en los trozos se ven los pedacitos de cacao rayado en un tono marrón claro que toma la torta. Es ideal para una merienda una tarde de café con leche, negrito o marrón jajaja. Espero les haya gustado esta receta tanto como a mi y nos seguimos leyendo.
I liked the cake because it is easy to prepare and the cocoa lowers the sweetness of the sugar, so the palate feels low in sugar but tasty. It is called ant cake because if you look at the pieces you can see the little pieces of striped cocoa in a light brown tone that takes the cake.
