Lindo día, hoy les presento una rica receta de arroz con vegetales.

Los vegetales nos aportan vitaminas, fibra, agua y minerales excelentes para nuestro organismo. así como poca cantidad de grasa lo cual es excelente para mantener controlado los niveles de este elemento en nuestro cuerpo.

Los ingredientes que se pueden usar dependerá de nuestra disponibilidad pero hoy les muestro cómo acostumbro prepararlo, que a demás puede acompañarse con diversas proteínas y que dará excelente nuestra comida.

Nice day, today I present a delicious recipe of rice with vegetables.

Vegetables provide us with vitamins, fiber, water and minerals excellent for our body, as well as little amount of fat which is excellent to maintain controlled levels of this element in our body.

The ingredients that can be used will depend on our availability but today I show you how I usually prepare it, which can also be accompanied with various proteins and that will give excellent our meal.

  • Arroz blanco.
  • 2 papas.
  • 1 Zanahoria.
  • Ajíes dulces y cebolla.
    .-1 lata de guisantes con maíz.
  • 500 Kg de chorizo de cerdo para acompañar.
  • White rice.
  • 2 potatoes.
  • 1 carrot.
  • Sweet peppers and onion.
    .-1 can of peas with corn.
  • 500 Kg of pork sausage to accompany.

Comenzamos por preparar con tiempo el arroz, en mi caso lo hice en la noche y dejé hasta la mañana para usar. Lavé bien el arroz, para eliminar el exceso de almidón, luego a las 6 tacitas de arroz agregué 12 de agua y un poco de sal. Dejé cocinar debe quedar sueltecito.
We begin by preparing the rice with time, in my case I did it at night and left it until the morning to use. I washed the rice well, to eliminate the excess starch, then to the 6 cups of rice I added 12 cups of water and a little salt. I let it cook, it should be loose.

Cortamos los aliños, ají y cebolla en cuadritos pequeños que luego llevamos a sofreír, luego agregamos la zanahoria cortada en cubos pequeños, al igual que la papa, agregamos un poco de sal y condimento. Dejamos cocinar hasta que ablanden las papas y la zanahoria.
We cut the seasoning, chili and onion into small squares that we then take to fry, then add the carrot cut into small cubes, as well as the potato, add a little salt and seasoning. Let it cook until the potatoes and carrots soften.

Luego agregamos el contenido de la lata de guisantes y maíz, removemos y luego agregamos el arroz previamente hecho, colocamos un poco de salsa de soya y dejamos cocinar unos 2 minutos.

En un sartén colocamos agua y agregamos los chorizos, hasta que el agua seca y en su propia grasa se fríen por ambos lados hasta dorar.
In a frying pan we put water and add the chorizos, until the water dries and in their own fat they are fried on both sides until golden brown.
