The menu is the dead ass aiming the meat lovers. As you can see they come with so many option of beef, ya they use Rupiah [Indonesian Currency] but still considered as a friendly budget. Lets say Wagyu meltique 78 (Rp.78.000,00) turn it into dollar it only around $5,2, how crazy is that ??? and also the meat is a real deal quality meat. Well, considering this place is still new I don't have guts to walk around like I usually do, but in my personal opinion these guys know what they doin pretty well.
That dude on the right is the owner I guess.. have this typical Asian Douchebag face 🤣 , even though I believe he is a great guy, but still a douchebag vibe sticks with him (sounds jealous ya ?? hahaha). The left guy is the main cook that guy really know how to cook well especialy this #bbq or #steik kind of stuff. The service come with a original Indonesian manners, so friendly and delightfull. So lovely. The guy who run the place name Jordivian or whatever bullshit his parents gave it to him.
Here come the nuke. You must be lying if you say it's not good, what are you anyway ?? huh ?? mountain monk ???. The taste more like Eden minus Adam and Eve issue, I break it down to you..
Here it goes the french fries is 85 ( I think it come from the package, they don't organicly mold that one ) but still they had delivered it well because of they use their own seasoning like a ketchup and spices mixed together or I don't know they have their own secret I bet. The potatoes wedges also come with the secret blend it taste little bit sweet but the bbq vibe still stick in it (90) and the chicken perfectly cook with the "salty" kind of type (95) and the meat is heave like 110. The sauce is mayo and bbq/mushroom kind of type, I bet they mixed it with some pepperoni or stuff (maybe).
Yes this one is their hard-selling course and Im 100% sure you will be in the same story if you really had a taste. I think how they package the place also match with what they actually selling. Yeah, still don't know what Fantasy sauce mean but it taste well though. I really hope these guy growing up bigger than they ever expected, I really do.

Here some persona that I able to give it to you. Ya for whole blog come with DSLR so shut up. This one on the picture is the prime meat, it still on the fuzzy smoke you know when the picture taken. In this point I want to aggre to disagree with you. You 100% can tell wether it was second quality meat or first quality meat when you put it on the grill table, the texture, the smell, the timing of cooking etc but I think we have to agree doesn't matter it was shibuya beef if you suck at cooking it the taste will be the same and also the texture of the meat going to feel like chicken nugget. Guess what , this time they perfectly had passed that.
What I mean by calibrated is they hit the requirement using the meat tool, somekind of heat measurement to make sure it flawlessly cook. I don't know what tool was that I mean the name but it looks profesional. I really love it when people don't play around for something that meant for someone else.
Like I said this is the begining of their journey so I guess this is pretty fine for the start. That douchebag stand in the middle 🤣. He actually helping tho. Unlike a boss in general this one is not pretty bossy , he come to the customer asking what they need the experiences and other stuff. They don't serve any kind of alcohol not even beer and I guess thats the downside but considering the majority of Indonesia is muslim I think this one is tolerable.
The overall of this place is 85 I guess, Im not going to do it oversell. The food is amazing, the services is great, and the place is easy to find. I really have a good time yesterday, so many place I'd visit dont really deliver the purpose, this one is constanly good vibe for the yesterday night.
