Hola comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive,hoy les traigo una receta muy práctica que resuelve,en especial en esos momentos en que estamos super apurados y debemos preparar la comida volando.
Pasta "Quick Fix" Recipe
Ingredients:
1 paprika
1 tomato
½ onion
1 smoked chorizo sausage
1 smoked pork chorizo
1 small cup of peas
1 cup of sweet corn
1 cup oil
Receta de Pasta “Solución rápida"
Ingredientes:
1 pimentón
1 tomate
½ cebolla
1 chorizo ahumado
1 churleta de cerdo ahumada
1 tazita de guisantes
1 tazita de maíz dulce
1 taza de aceite
PREPARACIÓN . PREPARATION.
Paso 1
Previously washed, chop the paprika, tomato and onion in small squares and fry them a little.
Previamente lavados,picas el pimentón,tomate y cebolla en cuadritos pequeños y los sofríes un poco.
Paso 2
Add the chopped chorizo and chorizo sausage, mix everything and let the flavors blend for 2 minutes, then set aside.
Agregas el chorizo y churleta ya picadas, mezclas todo,y dejas que los sabores se mezclen por 2 minutos,luego reservas.
Paso 3
Boil a liter and a half of water and add the pasta, when it is al dente, turn off and strain.
Hierves litro y medio de agua y agregas la pasta,cuando esté al dente apagas y cuelas.
Paso 4
Add the pasta to the sofrito and mix, finally add the peas and sweet corn, mix and ready.
Agregas la pasta al sofrito y mezclas,para finalizar agregas los guisantes y maíz dulce,mezclas y listo.

Demasiado buena se ve esa pasta, esos sabores de la tocineta, el chorizo y los vegetales son únicos, no la he probado con los guisantes, debe saber igual de rica, la probare con los guisantes. Felicidades @marito74 por esta receta tan rica.
