Good Community today I want to share with you my experience making Bollos Navideños in September, because at this time the banana leaves began to come out and many of my neighbors began to make the buns and the smell of Christmas, provoked us so much that I encouraged me to make my buns on this date, to kill the craving.

Buenas Comunidad hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi experiencia haciendo Bollos Navideños en Septiembre, porque en esta fecha porque ya comenzaron a salir las hojas de plátano y muchos de mis vecinos comenzaron hacer los bollos y el olor a navidad, nos provocó tanto que me animé a hacer mis bollos en esta fecha, para matar el antojó.

My mom since I was little always involved me in the preparations for the hallacas, of course I only had to wash the leaves and spread the dough on the leaves, then I made my own stew to be married, I love cooking and I give my own seasoning, but everything I know about cooking is thanks to my mom my older sister who is a Chef, I worked with her in her restaurant at 16años, I helped her to dictate vacation plans and then I had to cook alone when I got married but I already had a lot of knowledge and it was super easy for me. Cooking is my passion and I do it with my heart.

Mi mamá desde muy pequeña siempre me involucro en los preparativos para las hallacas, claro solo me tocaba, lavar las hojas y extender las masa en las hojas, luego yo hice mi propio guiso al estar casada, me encanta cocinar y le doy mi propio sazón, pero todo lo que se de cocina es Gracias a mi mamá mi hermana mayor que es Chef, yo trabaje con ella en su restaurante a los 16años, la ayude a dictar planes vacacionales y luego me tocó, cocinar sola cunado me casé pero ya tenía mucho conocimiento y fue súper fácil para mí. Cocinar a mi pasión lo hago con el corazón.

Ingredients:
1k Ground Beef.
1/2k of Ground Pork.
2 Bread Flour.
100gr of olives, capers and raisins.
and raisins.
6 Potatoes.
6 Carrots.
3 large celery.
5 onions.
2 bell peppers.
3 heads of garlic.
1 Garlic.
1 bunch of large chives.
1 medium bunch of celery Spain.
Without the leaves.
100gr of sweet chili.
3k of banana leaves.
2 strands of wicker.
Onoto in Grain.
Oil, Worcestershire sauce.
Salt, pepper, oregano, cumin.

Preparation:

Chop in medium squares or macedoine, the vegetables and greens, olives, capers and raisins, then crush the garlic. Heat 1/2 cup of oil in a frying pan and add 2 tablespoons of anoto, strain it.

Heat a big pot, add a little bit of onotado oil, fry little by little mixing 1 onion, chives and garlic, then the garlic, sweet bell pepper, paprika, celery Spain and then the vegetables, cook for 5 minutes, add the pork and then the meat, we sauté and then add the seasonings and the olives, raisins and capers, let it cook for 20 minutes and add 2 cups of water and taste the salt again, cook at low heat, I add a very small touch of panela, let it cook for 40 minutes more and the stew is ready. Let it rest for about 1 hour.

Preparación:

Se pican en cuadros medianos o macedoine, los vegetales y verduras, las aceitunas, alcaparras y pasas, luego se machacan los ajos. Calientas 1/2 taza de aceite en un sartén y le colocas 2 cucharadas de anoto, lo cuelas.

Calientas un caldero grande, le agregamos un poco de aceite onotado, sofreímos poco a poco vamos mezclando 1 cebolla, cebollín y ajo porro, luego el ajo, ají dulce, pimentón, apio España y luego las verduras, cocinamos por 5 minutos, agregamos el cochino y luego la carne, sofreímos y luego se lo colocan los condimentos y las aceitunas, pasas y alcaparras, dejamos cocinar 20minutos y le agregamos 2 tazas de agua y volvemos a probar la sal, cocinamos a fue lento yo le coloco un toque muy pequeño de panela dejamos cocinar por 40 minutos más y listo el guiso. Dejamos reposar aproximadamente 1 hora.

Then we remove the veins from the leaves and clean them with water and vinegar with your damp cloth, then the dry cloth and if you prefer you can also wash them, I love this technique is much faster and they are clean, then we prepare the dough I first prepare 1k and I put onoto to the dough to make it yellow, you can put beef or chicken broth to knead and salt to taste.

Luego le quitamos las venas a las hojas y las limpiamos con agua y vinagre con tu paño húmedo, Luego el paño seco y si prefieres también las puedes lavar, a mí me encanta esta técnica es mucho más rápida y quedan limpias, luego preparamos la masa yo preparo primero 1k y le coloco onoto a la masa para que quede amarilla, le puedes colocar caldo de res o pollo para amasar y sal al gusto.

Put onoto on a medium sheet of paper and roll out the dough so it is thin, then add the stew of your choice, fold it in the shape of an envelope and place the thread of pabilo. Heat the water to boil and add batches depending on the size of your pot, my pot is the mondonguera and I can fit 20 buns.

Una hoja mediana le colocas onoto y extiendes la masa que quede fina, luego el guiso a tu preferencia, doblas en forma de sobre y le colocas el hilo pabilo. Calientas el agua al hervir le vas agregando tandas dependiendo del tamaño de tu olla mi olla es la mondonguera y me caben 20 bollos.

With these quantities I got 60 buns, I had enough leaves for 10 more buns and dough, I hope you try to make this recipe, it takes work but it's worth it, they are divine, you freeze them and when you don't want to cook you have a meal, I also accompany them with a spicy whey that gives them that divine taste and touch.

Con estas cantidades me salieron 60 bollos, me sobraron hojas como para 10 bollos más y masa, espero que intentes hacer está receta, lleva trabajo para vale la pena quedan divinos, los congelas y cuando no querías cocinar tienes una comida resulta, también los acompaño con un suero picante que le da ese gusto y toqué divino.
