Happy day my friends, I hope you are very well, and can have a great weekend, here we were a little bit of the flu, so, we have been quiet at home, resting, and when we are resting at home, the kitchen calls me haha, today I share with you, what was yesterday's dinner, a few days ago I was craving to eat a panini, this type of Italian sandwich is a real delight, and being able to enjoy it, reminds me a lot of those days that I was able to share with my sister, in Italy, it's been many years since I saw her, and almost always nostalgia wins me over, here in the city where I live, Cumaná, Venezuela, they sell them, but these sandwiches usually have ingredients that are expensive, therefore their price is also high, so I bought my ingredients, I found them in a supermarket, they sell small quantities and they are not so expensive, I had pesto made in the fridge, so, and I prepared them at home, a little in my style, and it came out better, because I had ingredients left in home, I can enjoy them at another time or prepare another meal, I'll tell you how I prepared them.
Delicious Panini with pastrami and pesto

Ingredients:

Baguette bread, you can also use ciabatta.
100 gr of Pastrami.
100 gr of yellow cheese.
100 gr of Ham.
100 gr of smoked chorizo, sliced.
Vegetables, 2 tomatoes and lettuce to taste.
Pesto, to taste.
Preparation:
1- Wash the vegetables very well and cut the tomatoes into slices, cut the lettuce in half, and set aside.


2- Before preparing the panini, I heated the pastrami in the oven for a few minutes. While it was heating, I added the pesto to the breads, to start filling them.



3- Once the pastrami was hot, I gathered all the ingredients and filled my buns. First, I placed a slice of pastrami, then chorizo, then the ham, and finally the yellow cheese and vegetables.




4- Once my paninis are ready, I put them in the oven for a few minutes. This bread usually has a hard crust. It is necessary for them to go through a little heat, so that they soften a little, and to be able to enjoy them better. After the time in the oven has passed, we serve and enjoy this delight. You can also add other sauces, or more pesto, if you prefer. For me, they were perfect like this, the flavor of each ingredient was exquisite.

Feliz día mis amigos, espero que estén muy bien, y puedan pasar un fin de semana genial, por acá nos invadió un poco la gripe, así que, hemos estado tranquilos en casa, tipo reposo, y cuando estamos de reposo en casa, la cocina me llama jaja, hoy les comparto, lo que fue la cena de ayer, hace unos días tenía antojo de comer un panini, este tipo de sandwich italiano es una verdadera delicia, y poder disfrutarlo, me recuerda mucho aquellos días que pude compartir junto a mi hermana,en Italia, ya son muchos años sin verla, y casi siempre la nostalgia me gana, acá en la ciudad donde vivo, Cumaná, Venezuela, los venden, pero estos sandwich suelen tener ingredientes que son costosos, por lo tanto su precio también es alto, entonces compre mis ingredientes, los encontré en un supermercado, venden poca cantidad y no son tan costosos, tenía pesto hecho en la nevera, así que, y los prepare en casa, un poco a mi estilo, y me salió mejor, porque me quedaron ingredientes en casa, que los puedo disfrutar en otro momento o preparar otra comida, les cuento como los prepare.
Delicioso Panini con pastrami y pesto

Ingredientes:

Pan tipo baguette, también pueden usar ciabatta.
100 gr de Pastrami.
100 gr de queso amarillo.
100 gr de Jamón.
100 gr de chorizo ahumado, en rodajas.
Vegetales, 2 tomates y lechuga al gusto.
Pesto, al gusto.
Preparación:
1- Lavamos muy bien los vegetales y cortamos en rodajas los tomates, la lechuga la cortamos a la mitad, y reservamos.


2- Antes de preparar los panini, calenté en horno por poco minutos el pastrami, mientras se calentaba, agregue el pesto a los panes, para empezar a rellenarlos.



3- Una vez caliente el pastrami, reuní todos los ingredientes, y rellene mis panes, primero, le coloque una lámina de pastrami, seguidamente chorizo, luego el jamón, y por último el queso amarillo y los vegetales.




4- Una vez listos mis paninis, los llevo al horno, por pocos minutos, este pan suele ser de corteza dura, es necesario que pasen por un poco de calor, para que ablanden un poco, y poder disfrutarlos mejor, pasado el tiempo en el horno, servimos y disfrutamos de esta delicia, también pueden agregarle otras salsas, o más pesto, si es de su preferencia, para mi estaban perfectos así, el sabor de cada ingrediente, estuvo exquisito.
