hello friends greetings to you all, i hope you are fine and your family,
today i want to share with you a recipe i made which is, yam and egg suace.
yam is a very common food eaten in nigeria, it is also cultivated in nigeria.
yam is very sweet and lovely, sometimes children prefare yam to rice.
yam can be used to do many things like yam and suace
- porriage yam
- pepper soup yam
- pounded yam
- yam and beans
- yamarita
- and many others.
so in my own case i decided to use egg suace and eat it, so let's know how i made it.
ingredients
- one full yam
- four eggs
- two sachet tomatoes
- handful of fresh pepper
- half of big onions
- a plate of groudnut oil
- a spoon of salt
procedure
first i cut my yam and slice it to my taste
and then boil till soft, after that i sieve
then i set the yam aside.
i wash and slice my onion ground pepper and scoup the tomato paste
after that i set my pot to heat then i pour groundnut oil into the pot and allow to heat then i add onions and stir after that i add tomato paste and stir and then add pepper to the fry
after the pepper i crack the egg in the fry and fry also and add salt to it after frying i add water to it and stir then allow to boil well
wow it ready to serve,
i serve it for two, i and my friend
we enjoyed the meal to the we finish the whole yam and suace.
