Feliz y bendecido día, Espero se encuentren bien llenos de salud, abundancia y sobre todo mucha salud, creciendo, brillando y siendo su mejor versión; hoy realice una tortilla un poco diferente, Esta receta me a parecido deliciosa 🤗 y muy sencilla! super nutritiva, a mis hijos les gusto mucho y puedes cambiar los ingredientes según tus gustos, incluso puedes hacerla dulce con nutella o chocolate y algo mas, todo dependerá de ti.

Ingredientes	Ingredients
Lechuga	Lettuce
Tomate	Tomato
100 Gramos de Queso	100 grams of cheese
Carne Molida	Ground beef
Salsa Bechamel	Bechamel sauce
Orégano	Oregano
Sal	Salt
200 Gramos de Harina de Trigo	200 grams of wheat flour

1. Vamos a comenzar nuestra deliciosa tortilla lavando muy bien la lechuga y el tomate. al terminar, pica el tomate en rodajas, y suelta la lechuga, dejarla a un lado mientras se seca!

2. Vierte en un molde la Harina de trigo, colocarle un poco de sal a tu gusto, y un poco de orégano, luego ve agregando el agua mientras mueves en circulo, pre calienta un sartén, y vierte la masa para cocinar una tortilla lo mas fina que te sea posible!

3. Vamos a preparar la Carne molida, a la carne le pondremos un poco de sal y orégano o la puedes condimentar a tu gusto yo casi no como condimentos, mueve la carne para unir los ingredientes, aplasta y forma unos círculos de carne y llévalas al sartén para cocinarlas.

4. Colocar la tortilla en un plato y corta una linea en el centro como ves en la imagen.

5. Imagina que la tortilla esta dividida en 4 partes, es cada parte vamos a colocar un ingrediente, yo comencé con la salsa Bechamel, seguido de unas rodajas de tomate, en la tercera parte colocamos la carne, seguido de la lechuga y el queso!

6. Esta es la parte mas fácil, solo debemos comenzar a doblar como te lo demuestro en las imágenes, queda delicioso y de esta manera quedara como un delicioso sándwich listo para comerlo! es una excelente cena o para una comida rápida no te llevara mas de 20 minutos.
