With one single lemon. Wow! It's a big lemon, but it's still a memorable way to make that delicious lemon pie. Our lemons a small and juicy, but no matter how juicy they are, you could never make a lemon pie that size with our local lemons.
I like your recipe for the crust. I always use the same recipe, my old faithful pie crust recipe. I feel like trying yours next time.

It's mid size actually, lemon zest added to both cream and crust, took the most out of it. :D
Perhaps this shall be more lemon vanilla tart as it doesn't have that lemony sour taste, but wonderful aroma. 🤤
