Very good afternoon my dear friends of Hive in the afternoon today I will show you how to make a rich double textured coconut ice cream.
Los ingredientes que utilizaremos serán:
• coco zarazo es decir no totalmente seco
• 350 gramos de azúcar
• 250 gramos de leche completa
• 2 cucharadas de vainilla
• Canela al gusto
The ingredients we will use will be:
- coconut zarazo that is to say not totally dry
- 350 grams of sugar
- 250 grams of whole milk
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla
- Cinnamon to taste
Paso 1 / Step 1
Se corta y licuar tres cuartas partes de coco a velocidad máxima por tres o cuatro minutos o hasta que no queden grumos. Luego agregamos 200 gm de azúcar 150 gm leche y las dos cucharadas de vainilla.
Continuamos licuando hasta que se mezcle es opcional colocarle la vainilla o media tácita de leche condensada.
Cut and blend three quarters of coconut at maximum speed for three or four minutes or until there are no lumps. Then add 200 gm sugar, 150 gm milk and the two tablespoons of vanilla.
Continue blending until blended. It is optional to add the vanilla or half a teaspoon of condensed milk.
Paso 2 / Step 2
El coco que reservamos lo cortamos o rallamos por la parte gruesa del rallador luego lo ponemos a fuego lento añadiendo el resto del azúcar y la leche cocinamos un momento moviendo hasta que los ingredientes se integren esto tarda aproximadamente 1 o 2 minutos apagamos el fuego y dejamos enfriar
The reserved coconut is cut or grated by the coarse part of the grater then put it over low heat adding the rest of the sugar and milk, cook for a moment stirring until the ingredients are integrated, this takes about 1 or 2 minutes, turn off the heat and let it cool.
Paso 3 / Step 3
Con la mezcla de coco que preparamos en la licuadora llenamos un tercio de aproximadamente 6 vasos luego con una cuchara y con mucho cuidado colocamos encima nuestra segunda mezcla del coco rallado tomando la precaución necesaria para que se mantenga en la superficie llevamos al congelador por 2 horas aproximadamente y ya podremos degustar nuestro ricos helados de coco doble texturas.
With the coconut mixture that we prepared in the blender we fill a third of approximately 6 glasses then with a spoon and very carefully we place on top our second mixture of grated coconut taking the necessary precaution to keep it on the surface we take it to the freezer for approximately 2 hours and we will be able to taste our rich double textured coconut ice cream.
