Hoy les comparto la preparación de una deliciosa y nutritiva leche de semillas de Linaza y Avena.

Greetings community; Today I am sharing with you the preparation of a delicious and nutritious Flaxseed and Oatmeal milk.

La Linaza, es la reina de los Omegas (3, 6 y 9), contiene vitaminas del grupo B y E; minerales y antioxidantes, además de ser una maravillosa aliada de nuestra digestión por su alto contenido en fibra.

Flaxseed, is the queen of the Omegas (3, 6 and 9), contains vitamins of group B and E; minerals and antioxidants, as well as being a wonderful ally of our digestion due to its high fiber content.

La Avena, contiene omega 3 que ayuda a controlar los niveles de colesterol. Ayuda a controlar los niveles de azúcar en sangre, contiene fibras entre otros.

Oats contains omega 3 that helps control cholesterol levels. Helps control blood sugar levels, contains fibers among others.

La leche se semillas secas, tiene casi las mismas propiedades de la leche materna y actúa en la regeneración de las células.

The milk is dried seeds, has almost the same properties of mother's milk and acts in the regeneration of cells.

Para la preparación de un litro de leche necesitas:
• 2 cucharas de Semilla de linaza
• 2 cucharas de avena en hojuelas
• Un litro de agua

To prepare a liter of milk you need: • 2 tablespoons of flaxseed • 2 tablespoons of oat flakes • A liter of water

Para obtener 2 litros; solo tienes que duplicar las cantidades.

To obtain 2 liters; you just have to double the amounts.

Preparación:

En medio litro de agua, colocas las semillas de linaza a hidratar por 8 horas; y en el otro medio litro, la avena y lo conservas en la nevera.

Pasada las 8 horas, licuas la linaza hasta que quede bien triturada y la cuelas en un colador fino. No desperdicies el residuo, luego les cuento como lo vamos a usar!

Preparation:

In half a liter of water, put the flaxseeds to hydrate for 8 hours; and in the other half liter, the oats and you keep it in the fridge.

After 8 hours, blend the flaxseed until it is well crushed and strain it in a fine sieve. Do not waste the residue, then I will tell you how we are going to use it!

Paso Seguido, se licua la avena y no se cuela, esto es para no perder su fibra

Next step, the oats are liquefied and not strained, this is to avoid losing their fiber

Luego unes los dos licuados en una jarra. Muy pero muy importante NO usar azúcar.

Then you combine the two smoothies in a jar. Very, very important DO NOT use sugar.

Recomendaciones:

• Tomar un vaso 10 minutos antes de cada comida
• Tomar muy despacio para que tus células lo puedan absorber.
• Tomar el vaso de la mañana en ayunas!
• Si se pone muy espeso puedes adicionarle un poco de agua, mientras más liquido sea es mejor absorbido por las células.

Recommendations:

• Drink a glass 10 minutes before each meal
• Take very slowly so that your cells can absorb it.
• Take the glass in the morning on an empty stomach!
• If it gets too thick you can add a little water, the more liquid it is the better it is absorbed by the cells.
