Hello Hivers 💕💞,

Beans cake as it always call by so many people is a very delicious proteinous food or snacks that can be consume in the morning for breakfast,lunch or dinner. Depending on the choice you have. It is made from beans as it name implies. All you need to do is to grind the selected beans with White or brown beans. You also add red peppers, onions , if you have other ingredients like Garlic 🧄🧄 and ginger and more. You can add it in a little bit.

This is the grinded beans either white beans, or brown beans ( Cowpea) which ever name you call it. Its great. The Cowpea will be grinded and a little water will be added during the grinding process.

The already grinded beans paste will be mixed thoroughly with a iron spoon or turning stick which may take a longer period of time before it swell up for final frying just like its shown in the pictures below.

The beans cake is almost ready but it will be left alone for few minutes on the fire. Just like 12-15 minutes frying and you turn it to the opposite side and also leave it for it to fry and dry off a bit.

It done here and ready for consumption.
