Today is going to be a very great tutorial session on how to make a very delicious delicacy for your husband, wife, children, family members, relatives and even parties. It is awesome to see more people trouping in more into the Hive community with different talents and creativity. I would like to start with something different this time around although it looks similar, similar in the sense that you need to keep pushing and stepping forward 2 make more people to view your blog which is why I love to bring tutorials every now and then to a lighter more people most especially the Newbies that are newly Onboarded.
Welcome to my food episode on my blog, and today I'm preparing freshly garnish delicious Lagos spinners with all ingredients inclusive. Down below showed all the ingredients i used for this food preparation.
These Are My Raw Food Ingredients Materials Used For This Food Preparation ๐ฐ๐

- Locust Beans
- Salt
- Maggi
- Oil Palm
- Clean Empty Pot
- Seive
- Grinded Raw Pepper
- Red Onions
- Fresh Lagos Spinach vegetable
Green Vegetables Do Hurt Sometimes I would like to react to this because sometimes some particular green vegetables might hurt or turn your stomach, it may be due to the fact that it was not well prepared or the environment it was prepared was not so clean. Which is why sometimes it is not always recommend able to visit restaurants. Just like me if I visit restaurants frequently and I consume vegetables I will result in running stomach for a period of time so if you're into cooking you need to be very clean.
Step 1.
The first thing I did was I diced the Lagos peanut into smaller pieces which actually took a while 15 minutes of my time and after that I jump to the next step which was the thorough washing from a running tap.
Step 2.
The thorough washing began for 10 minutes again as shown below. This washing depends on how fast you can be and also how very clean you are but for me personally I love to wash vegetables three times at a roll. So as to avoid so many small tiny stones.
Step 3.
I had to follow the steps and procedure for this because there is another alternative for cooking vegetable but for me I always love to go easy the ascending order or descending order so I follow the steps for the draining. For every vegetable I prepare I always tend to drain them before I put them into the pepper sauce.
Step 4.
I asked to set all of my other raw materials needed closer to the cooking Arena in which case I already got them set. So, the next things to do in the step4 was that I put the red oil into the clean put on the fire and I allowed it to get smokey a bit as shown belowas shown below
Step 5.
The smokey is needed because I love to half dried the raw red oil before usage.just like you saw it down below. After that I put my paper so as for 8 to get more dried again
Step 6.
I had to poured in the already made fine Locust beans and also the sliced red Onions ๐ฐ ๐ฐ into the smokey red oil.
Step 7.
After i poured in the red Onions, the , I also added my Maggi into the sauce.
Step 8.
I asked to put little pinch of salt so ask for it to add to the aroma and taste
Step 9.
I had to Poured in the already drained Vegetable into the well prepared pepper sauce which I already made to be delicious ๐๐
This was the last time I took after which I did not cover the vegetable soup even when it was on the fire so as not to reduce its nutrients and also the greenish part of the soup.
Yes the food is ready for consumption at the moment
you can consume this particular vegetable soup varieties with rice, eba, Fufu, Amala, Iyan, poundo, tuwo and more importantly you can eat it just like that. It awesome delicious ๐๐.
