Hola hive Foodies. Espero que hayan tenido un excelente fin de semana. El día de hoy les vengo a compartir una receta saludable pero bastante deliciosa, se trata de unas ricas galletas de calabaza con chispas de chocolate.

Harina de avena 300g | Oat flour 300g |

Preparación | Preparation
Primero se corta la calabaza y se lleva a cocinar. Una vez que este lista se hace puré.

Después se le incorpora el azúcar y la vainilla.

Luego se le agrega el huevo, a este le quite la yema pero ya es gusto de cada persona, seguido a ello se le incorpora la harina de avena previamente cernida.

Una vez que se hayan mezclado todos los ingredientes se le agregan las chispas de chocolate.

Por ultimo se realizan las galletas y se colocan en una bandeja previamente engrasada. Estas se llevan al horno por 15 minutos aproximadamente. En total salieron 8 galletas.
