Hola comunidad♡ El día de hoy les traigo una receta perfecta para acompañar con una taza de café, se trata de unos muffins de vainilla con trozos de chocolate.
Hello community♡ Today I bring you a perfect recipe to go with a cup of coffee, it's vanilla muffins with chocolate chips.
| Harina de trigo 300g | Wheat flour 300g |
|---|---|
| Mantequilla 1206 | Butter 120g |
| Dos huevos | Two eggs |
| Azúcar 100g | Sugar 100g |
| Chocolate | Chocolate |
| Vainilla | Vainilla |
En un recipiente mediano se agrega la mantequilla y el azúcar, ambos se baten hasta que se integren muy bien.
In a medium bowl, add the butter and sugar and beat until well blended.
Después se le agregan los huevos y la vainilla.
Then add the eggs and vanilla.
Luego se le agrega la harina y si es necesario se le agrega un poquito de leche. Por ultimo se le incorpora los trozos de chocolate.
Then add the flour and if necessary add a little milk. Finally, add the chocolate pieces.
Una vez que la mezcla este lista se agrega en moldes pequeños y se llevan al horno por 20 minutos aproximadamente.
Once the mixture is ready, it is added in small molds and baked in the oven for approximately 20 minutes.
