What a delicious recipe to start 2024. Simple and nutritious. I will try to make it using a semolina and a non-wheat flour because of my celiac disease, the other ingredients are fit for my consumption, thanks for sharing. Hugs.

I think you can adapt the recipe to fit your diet, substitute what you can't eat, with healthier ingredients. Hugs to you too :)
