DELICIOUS CARROT CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE COVER.
Hello my dear friends, good morning first thing in the morning I decided to prepare a delicious carrot cake for you, it is my favorite recipe and that is why I am going to share it with all of you, I still love making this cake since my whole family My children and grandchildren like it, especially my son Evelio who is in Colombia, he doesn't know what he is going to miss, he is super rich.
INGREDIENTS :
_ 2 0 3 large carrots
_2 glass of sugar
_1 glass of oil
_ 2 glasses of self-rising flour
_ 2 tablespoons of baking powder
_ 3 eggs
_ (Always use the same measurement).
DELICIOSO PASTEL DE ZANAHORIA CON CUBIERTA DE CHOCOLATE.
Hola mis queridos amigos, buenos días a primeras horas de la mañana decidí preparar para ustedes un rico pastel de zanahoria, es mi receta favorita y por eso la voy a compartir con todos ustedes, igual me encanta hacer este pastel ya que a toda mi familia les gusta a mis hijos y nietos, especialmente a mi hijo Evelio que se encuentra en Colombia, no sabe de lo que se va a perder,es súper rica.
INGREDIENTES :
_ 2 0 Tres zanahorias grandes
_2 vaso de azúcar
_1 vaso de aceite
_ 2 vasos de harina leudánte
_ 2 cucharadas de polvo para hornear
_ 3 huevos
_ (Utilice siempre la misma medida).
PREPARATION:

SE rayan las zanahorias o se cortan en trozos pequeños,se colocan en la licuadora y se le agrega el aceite, el azúcar y los tres huevos.
Let it blend well until a semi-liquid mass is obtained, then place it in a bool or cup and add the self-rising wheat flour, the royal powder and the vanilla, join it with a wooden spoon.
Se deja licuar bien hasta obtener una masa semi liquida luego se coloca en un bool o taza y se le agrega la harina de trigo leudante, el polvo royal y la vainilla, se une con una cucharilla de madera.

Se coloca en un molde ya engrasado con margarina y harina, se hornea a 180 grados hasta que se vea seca.

INGREDIENTS.

_ 7 tablespoons of sugar
+_ 1 tablespoon butter*
_ 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder, cocoa or todi
PREPARACION PARA LA CAPA DE CHOCOLATE.
INGREDIENTES.
_ 1 huevo
_ 7 Cucharadas de azúcar
_ 1 Cucharada de mantequilla
_ 2 Cucharadas de chocolate en polvo,cacao o todi
Mix all the ingredients, place them in a pot
over low heat, stirring constantly, until boiling, then cover the cake with the mixture
Se mezclan todos los ingredientes, se colocan en una olla
al fuego lento sin dejar de mover hasta hervir, luego se cubre el pastel con la mezcla.
