Para la carne

Necesitamos carne molida, también puedes usar pechuga de pollo o Nuggets, de hecho con la última opción quedan deliciosas, también rayé ajo, pimentón y zanahoria. También paprika, sal, sazonador, y salsa BBQ.

We need ground beef, you can also use chicken breast or nuggets, in fact with the last option they are delicious, I also grated garlic, paprika and carrot. Also paprika, salt, seasoning, and BBQ sauce.

Mezclamos bien, yo usé las manos y hacemos las hamburguesas, en forma de arepa, le puedes agregar queso adentro pero yo lo dejé para la tapa.

We mix well, I used my hands and we make the hamburgers, in the shape of an arepa, you can add cheese inside but I left it for the top.

Para la cebolla caramelizada:

Principalmente picar las cebollas en rodajas y colocarlas en una sartén con un poquito de aceite, y cuando estén cristalinas, agregué una cuchara de azúcar, pizca de sal, cucharadita de vinagre y cucharadita de vino (así las hago yo, no estoy siguiendo ninguna receta😅)

Firstly, chop the onions into slices and place them in a pan with a little oil, and when they are crystal clear, add a spoonful of sugar, pinch of salt, teaspoon of vinegar and teaspoon of wine (this is how I make them, I'm not following any recipe😅)

Lo deje como 30 min a fuego bajo hasta que quedaron de esta manera:

Para la salsa

Mezclé mayonesa, salsa de tomate, una pizca de pasta de ajo, mostaza y maíz y listo:

Cociné la carne en una plancha, después de que esté dorada de ambos lados, quesito por encima y reservar.

I cooked the meat on a griddle, after it was browned on both sides, put cheese on top and set aside.

Ya estaba todo listo para armar, de vegetales solo usé lechuga, una cosa arriba de otra, empezando por salsa, lechuga, carne y cebollas, en la tapa con más salsa y listoooo.

Everything was ready to be assembled, for vegetables I only used lettuce, one thing on top of another, starting with sauce, lettuce, meat and onions, on top with more sauce and that was it.
