¡Saludos a toda la comunidad! Hace un tiempo realicé esta deliciosa torta llamada torta imposible o torta quesillo, nombre debido a su horneado y el resultado luego de la misma, algo impresionante

4 tazas de harina de trigo4 cups of wheat flour
3 tazas de azúcar3 cups of sugar

Preparación / Preparation

1.Mezlcar los huevos, la leche condensada, la leche líquida y la esencia de vainilla con la batidora o licuadora

2.Realizar el caramelo con el azúcar y cantidad necesaria de agua que recubra el azúcar en la olla, esperar a que se forme el caramelo según gusto mas claro u oscuro e incorporar a la bandeja donde hornearemos todo previamente enmantequillada

3.Luego añadir la mezcla del quesillo a la bandeja y hornear por 25min a baño de maria, es decir sobre una bandeja más grade con agua, mientras se hornea, procedemos a realizar la masa para la torta

4.Batimos los huevos, el azucar, añadimos la harina cernida previamente, junto al polvo de hornear

5.Incorporamos el aceite, batimos y luego añadimos el cacao en polvo, una vez mezclado agregamos el agua tibia

6.Una vez todo mezclado, y pasados los 25min del quesillo en el horno procedemos a sacar y añadir la mezcla, y horneamos por 45-60min dependiendo del horno

7.AL pinchar con un palillo y este salga seco, significa que esta lista, la sacamos del horno, esperamos que se enfríe un poco y procedemos a desmoldar, al enfriar llevamos al horno para luego servir y disfrutar
