The difference of clubhouse and monte Cristo sandwich

Today's lab, My major prof task us to make a clubhouse and monte Cristo sandwich.

Not only sandwich but also chips&crisp and vegetable salad too to full the plate.

Clubhouse sandwich

It typically consists of three slices of bread, with layers of lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise and additional ingredients cheese and ham that i added. The sandwich is usually cut into quarters or halves, secured with toothpicks, and served as a multi-layered sandwich.

To assemble clubhouse sandwich, you typically start spreading mayonnaise on one slice of toasted bread , Then layer with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese and the ham on the one side of bread and repeat the process on the second layer of the sandwich

I choose a potato fries as side dish and vegetable salad too.

Monte Cristo Sandwich

A Monte Cristo sandwich is a variation of a grilled or fried sandwich that is made with meats, cheese, and bread. This sandwich is prepared by layering ham along with cheese between two slices of bread. The assembled sandwich is then dipped in an egg batter, similar to French toast, and then grilled or fried until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

This is the vegetable salad that i put in the clubhouse and monte Cristo sandwich.

It's has lettuce (it should be the crunchy lettuce type ) but i bought the wrong one . Carrot, cucumber, onion and cheese

i mixed it up with mayonnaise
and taste awesome to me
i forgot what's the name of the vegetable salad
but yah, i got 89 score, all of that

It's my first time to make kind of sandwich because i only know sandwich is the typically bread and spread 🤣

That's all! Thank you and have a good day!
