Hi all...
how are you today? I hope you are always healthy and enthusiastic to carry out every activity :)

Today is Pancasila's birthday for Indonesia. so holidays. Honestly, there are quite a few holidays in May and almost every week there is always a red date. I am happy because I can take advantage of the holidays with other activities or can rest at home. Remembering to work continuously sometimes makes you tired. not to mention the boss's request that always makes us dizzy. but we should be grateful because we can still get a job. Actually I personally want to have a business so that I am not always tied to the company.

Cilok...
hmm .. from the name alone is unique. Its round and chewy shape makes many people like cilok, especially small children. Cilok snacks is almost all over Indonesia. especially around schools, in shopping centers, or other crowded places. usually the seller sells it at a price that is not expensive. there are 1000 thousand rupiah one portion, there is 2000 thousand rupiah, there is also a 5000 thousand rupiah. Cilok is usually sold with a barrow or a cart that is brought on a motorbike. Cilok is served with sauce and soy sauce, but some use peanut sauce. Cilok is also mixed with tofu which is called cilok tofu. Usually use fried tofu that is torn in the middle and filled with cilok ingredients.

This time I want to share a recipe for how to make cilok round and cilok tofu. This is actually my mom's recipe. Because my mother is a cilok seller. My mother's profit from selling cilok is pretty good. Usually, every time my mother sells cilok, there are no leftovers. Starting from small children to parents always buy.
