hi all, how are you guys today? I hope you are always healthy and enthusiastic to carry out every activity :)
Today I want to cook myself at home. I wanted to go to the market to shop for ingredients to cook, but after opening the fridge, I found that I still had uncooked chicken. So I had an idea to cook teriaki chicken. I think it can whet my appetite.
My biggest enemy when cooking at home is my cute cats. they always bother me when i'm cooking. especially when cooking chicken. My cat's sense of smell is very sharp. because my cats are still small so even if they are put in the cage, they can still get out on their own through the iron cage. as a result I moved places so as not to be disturbed.
So... I want to share a simple recipe for those of you who want to eat well but are lazy to make it complicated. I don't think the teriaki chicken is complicated. and the ingredients are not much.
Here are the ingredients and how to make it:
- salt 1/2 spoon
- chicken meat
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- garlic
- chili
how to make:
- Slice the garlic at an angle
- Slice the chilies obliquely
- Cut the chicken into small pieces so that the spices are absorbed
- Heat the oil over medium heat
- Pour in the garlic then stir and wait 1 minute
- Pour in the chili and stir again
- Pour in the salt
- Pour in the chopped chicken then stir
- add half a small glass of water
- Pour the teriaki sauce then stir again
- don't forget to taste a little to make sure the taste is right
- wait until cooked
- if it is cooked then turn off the stove and ready to be served
hopefully it can be an idea for your cooking menu :)
