Saludos colmena, con esta publicación quiero unirme a esta comunidad, y compartir con ustedes una visita inesperada, mi mejor amigo es mi hermano y su nombre es David, tiene 28 años, curiosamente los dos tenemos nuestro cumpleaños en marzo, sólo con 17 días de diferencia, 12 y 29 de marzo, lo que es una coincidencia interesante. A la hora de la cena pedimos un reparto a domicilio, queríamos comer algo diferente y al mismo tiempo premiar su visita, así que pedimos unos tumbarranchos, comida típica de mi ciudad, Maracaibo. De hecho solo están disponibles aquí, ves muy poco en los establecimientos de comida rápida de otras ciudades, salvo que los dueños sean maracuchos.

At dinner time we asked for a home delivery, we wanted to eat something different and at the same time reward their visit, so we ordered some tumbarranchos, typical food from my city, Maracaibo, in fact they are only available here, you see very little in the fast food establishments in other cities, unless the owners are maracuchos.
Tumbarranchos
Los tumbarranchos son una comida típica de la región de Zuliana. Este plato consiste en una arepa frita pasada o rebozada por una mezcla con huevo. Este tipo de cocción es lo que le da a la arepa un característico toque crujiente, puede venir con muchos rellenos, entre los que se encuentran: carne desmenuzada, pollo, pernil y camarones. Además, están los clásicos tumbarranchos con queso y mortadela, que son los más básicos y estos ingredientes descritos van acompañados de repollo, tomate, mayonesa, salsa de tomate y mostaza. Les pedimos ingredientes completos y estaban realmente deliciosos, después de todo valió la pena tantos obstáculos.
The tumbarranchos are a typical food of the Zuliana region. This dish consists of a fried arepa passed or battered by a mixture with egg. This type of cooking is what gives the arepa a characteristic crunchy touch, it can come with many fillings, among which are: shredded meat, chicken, leg and shrimp. In addition, there are the classic tumbarranchos with cheese and mortadella, which are the most basic and these ingredients described are accompanied by cabbage, tomato, mayonnaise, tomato sauce and mustard. We asked them for full ingredients and they were really delicious, it was worth all the hurdles after all.
Era la primera vez que contactaba en ese lugar, la verdad es que nos hicieron esperar mucho tiempo, porque al parecer estaban muy llenos, pero de un momento a otro corroboraron el pedido que solicitamos, íbamos a cancelar en efectivo, pero no tenían vuelto, entonces tuve que pagar por transferencia bancaria, pero era tarde y el banco no me dejó hacer un pago rápido, tocó pagar desde la cuenta de mi novia, ya que solo tenían banco, ella siempre me apoya cada vez que lo necesito es un amor, ya mañana hago la devolución. Finalmente llegó la comida, chequeamos, todo bien, el repartidor fue muy amable, no pude sacarle una foto porque cuando pedí permiso se apenó. Los tumbarranchos tenían buen olor y buen aspecto se nos hacía la boca agua jajaja, ya teníamos ganas de comer, no sin antes tomar fotos para recordar el momento.

Finally the food arrived, we checked, everything was fine, the delivery man was very kind, I couldn't take a picture of him because when I asked for permission he felt sorry. The tumbarranchos had a good smell and good appearance made our mouths water hahaha, we already wanted to eat, but not before taking photos to remember the moment.

I invite everyone who has siblings, to enjoy them, share as much time as possible, always have the greatest contact, family love is one of the most important things we have and we must take care of, in the end they will always be in the good and the bad.
