Esta semana he estado bastante tenso por todo a mi alrededor, las cosas no están bien en mi país y eso me desestabiliza tanto en el trabajo como en mi hogar, los ánimos los tenía por el piso, sin embargo este jueves tenía un compromiso importante y contra todo pronóstico logré cumplirlo y me dio una gran emoción tanto, que se me olvidó todo lo malo.
- This week I have been quite tense because of everything around me, things are not good in my country and that destabilizes me both at work and at home, my spirits were on the floor, however this Thursday I had an important commitment and Against all odds I managed to fulfill it and it gave me great emotion so much that I forgot all the bad things.
Se tratan de las evaluaciones de los estudiantes de cocina en una conocida escuela culinaria de mi ciudad. Les cuento que fueron 2 estudiantes que presentaron sus platillos de autor y lo hicieron excelente. Hoy les contaré sobre la chica que presentó un trabajo muy bueno con algunos errores pero sin mayor importancia ya que esta comenzado y es comprensible. Es una señorita que investigó sobre sus platos y eso me encantó ademas de que es muy segura de si misma al presentar su trabajo.
- These are the evaluations of cooking students at a well-known culinary school in my city. I tell you that there were 2 students who presented their signature dishes and they did excellent. Today I will tell you about the girl who presented a very good work with some errors but without major importance since it is started and it is understandable. She is a young lady who investigated her dishes and I loved that, besides that she is very sure of herself when presenting her work.
Comenzó con un Ceviche en jugo de parchita, que estaba muy sabroso, aromático y sobre todo su emplatado estuvo impecable, muy artístico:
- It started with a Ceviche in passion fruit juice, which was very tasty, aromatic and, above all, its plating was impeccable, very artistic
Luego siguió con unos linguinis con frutos del mar y aquiyfue que se puso todo más interesante aun porque la chica es alérgica a los frutos del mar y por lo tanto, es un peligro para ella preparar cualquier comida con esos ingredientes, fue muy valiente, decidida y buena al recrear esta comida y le quedó estupenda:
- Then she continued with some linguines with seafood and this is where everything got more interesting even because the girl is allergic to seafood and therefore it is a danger for her to prepare any meal with those ingredients, she was very brave, determined and good at recreating this food and it turned out great:
Por ultimo, mostró un helado, acompañado de tierra de merey y chocolate blanco como base, por desgracia, por efecto del calor, la bola de helado sele descongelo y perdió parte del emplatado pero igual sabía muy rico.
- Finally, he showed an ice cream, accompanied by cashew and white chocolate as a base, unfortunately, due to the heat, the ice cream scoop thawed and lost part of the plating but it still tasted very tasty.
Quedé muy complacido con la intervención de esta estudiante porque se notó su pasión por la cocina y sus ganas de hacerlo bien además de divertirse mientras cocinaba.
