Hello everyone, today I'm taking you into the kitchen again with an Italian dish, Stuffed zucchin. Many of you probably already know this. And today I didn't cook it myself because our chef is an Italian father who likes to cook and I like to sit and watch as he cooks and can't help but pick up the camera and take pictures. Which sometimes happened when I finished making it and when I arrived I saw my father cooking food.
The ingredients.
- 2 zucchini/bell peppers
- Ground beef 500 g
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- 1/2 tea seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- oil
- cheese
- 1-2 bay leaves
The way to do it shouldn't be difficult because I saw it when my father did it and it seemed easy. But it took some time. Let's see how to do it.
Cooking process
- Mix the minced meat with various ingredients including garlic, shallots, pepper, salt, seasoning powder, parsley, bay leaves, mix well. Crack the eggs in and set aside.
- Then come prepare the zucchini and bell pepper. After washing and cleaning them, scoop out all the insides because the marinated meat will be stuffed.
- Then go prepare the tray for baking. Add a little olive oil to keep it from sticking. Then take the marinated meat and stuff it one by one. This one should have a lot of meat, so I went and added more bell peppers.
- Stuffed until completely stuffed, then placed on a tray. Then take cheese and sprinkle it on top. When the cheese is heated, it will melt into the meat, giving it a very delicious aroma.
- In the meantime, turn on the oven, adjust the heat and leave it for 60 minutes. Then put the stuffed zucchini and bell peppers in the oven at 180 for about 25-30 minutes and they are cooked through.
- Remove from oven. And it smells very delicious. This menu is healthy as well as being delicious and easy to make. And this is how to make homemade stuffed zucchin in a simple way.
