Deliciosas costillas de cerdo al horno!
Hola a todos en la comunidad, como estan? para iniciar les deseo un feliz y prospero año nuevo, mucha salud y bendiciones para todos en sus casas, este año nuevo pinta ser mejor que los anteriores, lo importante es tener mucha esperanza y ganas de salir adelante.
Este año nuevo espero sea el año de mi graduacion si nada interfiere y si Dios quiere. Mi navidad fue diferente, para los que no saben yo soy de Venezuela, del estado Falcon, y vivo en San Cristobal, Estado Tachira estudio medicina y actualmente estoy en mis pasantias clinicas aca en el estado Tachira, en fin, mi navidad fue diferente porque mi horario de guardias me permitio viajar a mi casa en Punto fijo, pude recibir la navidad en mi casa con mis papas y mis abuelos, fue muy lindo compartir en familia y sentirme querida y consentida, en fin, me extendi y el post realmente va de una receta que hice hace poco en mis dias libres, es una receta que pocos se atreven a realizar porque seguramente piensan que es muy difiicl o hay que tener muchos ingredientes y la verdad yo me sorprendo de lo buena que pueda quedar una receta con tan pocas cosas, me anime y prepare unas ricas costillas de cerdo al horno.

This new year I hope it will be the year of my graduation if nothing interferes and God willing. My Christmas was different, for those who do not know I am from Venezuela, Falcon state, and I live in San Cristobal, Tachira state, I study medicine and I am currently in my clinical internship here in the state of Tachira, well, my Christmas was different because my schedule allowed me to travel to my home in Punto fijo, I could receive Christmas at home with my parents and my grandparents, it was very nice to share with family and feel loved and pampered, well, I extended myself and the post really goes to a recipe I made recently in my free days, is a recipe that few dare to make because surely they think it is very difficult or you have to have many ingredients and the truth I am surprised at how good a recipe can be a recipe with so few things, I was encouraged and prepared a rich pork ribs baked.
Fue un domingo donde queria comer rico sin salir ni pedir delivery, porque hay que ahorrar vale, y bueno, en la nevera tenia unas costillas de cerdo de hace uffff, casi que les cantabamos cumpleaños a las costillas, y me anime a hacerlas porque varios amigos estaban de visita y siempre me ha parecido super mejor cocinar para varios que cocinar para solo dos personas.
It was a Sunday when I wanted to eat well without going out or ordering delivery, because you have to save money, and well, in the fridge I had some pork ribs for a long time, almost that we sang birthday to the ribs, and I decided to make them because several friends were visiting and I have always found it super better to cook for several than to cook for just two people.
Ingredientes:
- Costillas de cerdo
- Ajo en polvo o normal
- Sal
- Pimienta
- Mostaza
- Salsa Barbecue
- Cebolla en polvo
Ingredients:
- Pork ribs
- Garlic powder or regular garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mustard
- Barbecue sauce
- Onion powder
Entonces ya teniendo todos los ingredientes a la mano, iniciamos limpiando y lavando nuestras costillas, le quitamos la grasita en exceso y lavamos con agua y vinagre.
Para mayor facilidad yo las coloque en una tabla de madera para adobar, le agregue sal, pimienta, ajo y cebolla en polvo, mostaza y un poco de salsa barbecue.
Then, having all the ingredients on hand, we start by cleaning and washing our ribs, removing the excess fat and washing them with water and vinegar.
To make it easier, I placed them on a wooden marinating board, added salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, mustard and a little barbecue sauce.
Y en una bandeja para horno, la coloque a cocinar durante 20 minutos, para luego voltear ya que mi horno no calienta en la parte de arriba, las voltee y espere otros 15 minutos.
Mientras eso dura en el horno, preparamos una salsa barbecue con barbecue picante y salsa barbecue normal, yo agregue un poco de salsa de soya, mostaza y salsa de tomate.
Cuando espere los 15 minutos, saque las costillas y les agregue la salsa barbecue que previamente hbia preparado.
And in a baking tray, I put them to cook for 20 minutes, and then turn them over since my oven does not heat on the top, turn them over and wait another 15 minutes.
While that lasts in the oven, prepare a barbecue sauce with spicy barbecue and regular barbecue sauce, I added some soy sauce, mustard and ketchup.
When the 15 minutes are up, take out the ribs and add the barbecue sauce that I had previously prepared.
Y otra vez al horno por 15 minutos mas.
Bake again in the oven for 15 minutes more.
Y asi quedan nuestras deliciosas costillas de cerdo.
And this is how our delicious pork ribs turn out.
Picamos y listas para servir.
Yo las acompañe con un pure de papa y un picadillo de lechuga, cebolla y tomate para que los sabores fueran distintos y a la vez un poco jugosos.
Chop and ready to serve.
I accompanied them with a mashed potato and a chopped lettuce, onion and tomato so that the flavors would be different and at the same time a little juicy.
Para el pure de papa solo vamos a necesitar
- papa
- margarina
- Sal
Colocamos a cocer en agua con sal y cuando esten muy blanditas las trituramos con la ayuda de un tenedor, agregamos margarina para mas sabor y listo, tambien podemos agregar leche liquida pero en muy poca cantidad para que nuestro pure quede con una consistencia muy suave.
For the mashed potato we will only need
- potato
- margarine
- salt
We put them to cook in salted water and when they are very soft we mash them with the help of a fork, add margarine for more flavor and ready, we can also add liquid milk but in very little quantity so that our mashed potatoes have a very smooth consistency.
Para el picadillo vamos a necesitar
- Cebolla
- Tomate
- Lechuga
- Mayonesa
- Mostaza
- Sal
Lavamos con vinagre la lechuga y picamos en cuadrito, para que sea mas facil de comer, la cebolla yo la pique en aros pero es como ustedes prefieran, y el tomate igual en rueditas para que se viera mas colorido el picadillo.
Aderece el picadillo con mayonesa, mostaza, ajo picado en trocitos muy pequeños, sal y vinagre.
For the picadillo we will need
- Onion
- Tomato
- Lettuce
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- Salt
Wash the lettuce with vinegar and chop it into small squares, to make it easier to eat. I chopped the onion in rings but it is up to you, and the tomato in small rounds to make the picadillo look more colorful.
Dress the picadillo with mayonnaise, mustard, garlic chopped in very small pieces, salt and vinegar.
Listo nuestro picadillo.
Our picadillo is ready.
Y listo tenemos nuestro almuerzo divertido, sencillo y lo mejor delicioso.
