Sour Cream Cake with Strawberries

Yesterday I found a very interesting and at the same time simple cake recipe. This cake does not need to be baked in the oven; it is enough to have a frying pan and a stove to make it. Yes, this cake is easy to make in a pan. To prepare this cake, you need to roll out a certain amount of thin cakes so that you can then collect them together using any cream (this time I made sour cream). I used fresh strawberries as decoration. It seems to me that the result is a very beautiful and delicious cake.

Ingredients:
350 g flour
200 g sour cream
300 g sour cream (for cream)
200 g sugar (for dough)
200 g sugar (for cream)
1 teaspoon baking powder
strawberry for decoration

Preparation:

Mix sour cream with sugar. In a separate cup, combine flour and baking powder. Combine flour mixture with sour cream mixture. Knead the dough. Divide the dough into equal parts. Roll each piece of dough into a circle and bake in a pan on each side for 2-3 minutes.

For cream, mix sour cream with sugar and mix everything until smooth. Combine the cakes with the cream. Put the cake in the refrigerator overnight.

Then decorate the cake with fresh strawberries. Enjoy!

I love strawberries, but as far as I remember, I have not tried them on cakes so far. I mostly eat chocolate cakes.
