Amigos de Hive, vuelvo con una exquisita receta que les encantará... Una deliciosa Ensalada César, acompañado con unas ricas papas fritas. Si quieres preparar este platillo necesitarás lo siguiente:
Friends of Hive, I'm back with an exquisite recipe that you will love... A delicious Caesar Salad, accompanied with some delicious french fries. If you want to prepare this dish you will need the following:
INGREDIENTES:
-250gr de Nuggets de pollo.
-2 lechugas grandes.
-100gr de queso parmesano.
-4 cucharadas de Mayonesa.
-Papas ya picadas en bastones para freír.
-Tomate, pepino, y cebolla.
-Sal y pimienta al gusto.
INGREDIENTS:
-250gr of chicken nuggets.
-2 large lettuce.
-100gr Parmesan cheese.
-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
-Potatoes already chopped into sticks for frying.
-Tomato, cucumber and onion.
Salt and pepper to taste.***

PREPARACIÓN/PREPARATION:
Empezamos teniendo a la mano nuestras papas ya picadas, y colocamos en la cocina un sartén a fuego alto.
We start by having our potatoes already chopped, and place a frying pan on high heat on the stove.
Cuando esté bien caliente agregamos aceite y con cuidado un poco de nuestras papas, y esperamos a que se frían.
When it is very hot, add oil and carefully add some of our potatoes, and wait for them to fry.
Cuando ya estén doradas las retiramos el fuego y las reservamos para después.
When they are golden brown, remove them from the heat and reserve them for later.
Comenzaremos a preparar la ensalada César, lavando con vinagre la lechuga, y la colocamos en un recipiente, y así ordenamos todos los ingredientes en un solo lugar.
We will begin to prepare the Caesar salad, washing the lettuce with vinegar, and place it in a bowl, and so we order all the ingredients in one place.
En otro recipiente procedemos a agregar la lechuga que ya teníamos lavada, debemos asegurarnos de escurrirla muy bien para que así no queden restos de vinagre.
In another container we proceed to add the lettuce that we had already washed, we must make sure to drain it very well so that there are no vinegar residues.
Luego agregamos los Nuggets de pollo ya fritos, seguido del queso parmesano.
Then add the fried chicken nuggets, followed by the Parmesan cheese.
Posteriormente colocamos las cucharadas de mayonesa, y la pimienta y sal que sea de nuestro gusto.
Then add the spoonfuls of mayonnaise, pepper and salt to taste.
Con mucho cuidado y tratando de integrar todo, mezclamos hasta que todo quede junto.
With great care and trying to integrate everything, we mix until everything is together.
Para terminar nuestra preparación colocamos en un platillo nuestra ensalada cesar ya lista, las papas fritas, y para acompañar está deliciosa receta, unas rodajas de tomate, cebolla y pepino. Y de esta manera tenemos un delicioso almuerzo para compartir con la familia y amigos.
To finish our preparation we place in a dish our Caesar salad already prepared, the french fries, and to accompany this delicious recipe, some slices of tomato, onion and cucumber. And in this way we have a delicious lunch to share with family and friends.
