Ow, Spanish cuisine in the Philippines! Cool, I also enjoy paellas, gambas al ajillo, and paella negra too, really love Spanish cuisine, though it is never the same when I prepare it at home hahaha. The best paellas are made by the local people who are preparing them already from generation to generation, and there is one chiringuito close to me that makes paella awesomely but they are a bit pricy. Spot on with the paella being pricy because it sure was during our visit! Good thing me and my friends were sharing the costs of the food. 😁
It would definitely be a treat to visit Spain and try the local cuisine there! Someday...
I hope too that one day you can come and try the paella in some of the small villages we have here around. 😉
