VEGETABLE Soup WITH PROTEINS (local delicacy)

It is amazing how these medicinal leaves
Can prepare such wonderful and sumptuoes delicacies.

These local vegetables soup is not just nutritious but wonderful and nice.

The taste is definitely different, Implore you all to try it out.

These vegetable soup has been my favourite soup especially water leaf and pumpkin.

I am going to show you guys my special recipe for it.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED
3 big bunch of waterleaf plant (talinum triangulare).

2 big bunch of pumpkin leaf.
Canda and mangala.

Periwinkle and crayfish.
17.5cl of oil.
Dry pepper (according to your taste bud).
5 piece of maggi cubes.
Salt to taste.
Water (as desired).
You can add as many protein as you desire.
You can add fish, snail, stuck fish, etc.

PROCEDURE AND MAXIMUM DURATION:

The time consumed while preparing these local dish depends mostly on the type of ingredients you plan using.

For instance, the waterleaf and pumpkin was wash and cut by me which took time but some people prefer using already cut waterleaf and pumpkin direct from the market and it reduces time.

Preparations took time, but to cook it doesn't consume time, the time allocated is 1 hour and 20 minutes.

You can cut your vegetables first, as you can see in this picture I have washed and cut my waterleaf now is ready.

Secondly, you wash and cut your pumpkin mine is washed and cut by me in this picture.

Next, I cut and washed my periwinkle

I wash and cut my Canda both with my fish

This is where I boiled my Canda and my fish, periwinkle although I didn't use much in cooking my soup.

Here my cooking starts, I put on my fire and placed my pot. then I will give it some minutes to dry up, and I put my water leaf in the pot to dry water.

I put my oil and, crayfish, pepper, magii, salt and I left it to heat just for some minutes and after that I turned it.

I poured my meats into the pot and covered it for some minutes.

I then added my pumpkin turn it and cover for some minutes.

My local dish is ready. This local dish is enjoyable with either garri or fufu.
