This is my first post in this forum. My goal in writing this blog is to share a simple but delicious recipe with you.
Mutton kabab is an easy dish to cook at home, and I'm going to share the recipe with you today. The preparation of this dish was quick and easy. Putting kabab into a meal enhances its taste level.
This dish is a delicious and juicy flavor. I choose Motton because it is my fave. Beef can also be used in this dish. Because we're using meat in this meal, it's a good source of protein. The reason for this is that it is a high-protein formula, which strengthens and nourishes the muscles.
Ingredients

Mutton | 1kg |
green chillie | 2 tb spoon |
green coriander | few leaves |
mint | few leaves |
cumin Seeds+salt | 1+1 tablet spoons |
red chillie powder | 1 table spoons |
Oil | 1/2 cup |
Gingr, Garlic Paste | 2+2 tablet Spoon |
Turmeric powder | 1/2 teaSpoon |
Onion | 2 |
gram flour | 2 tb spoon |
Preparation
Here is the step-by-step about this recipe.
Step 1
take mention qty mutton in a chopper and chop it well until it chopped properly.
Step 2
now I add green chilies, ginger garlic, green coriander, and mint leaves in a chopper and make a paste
Step 3
then I add all species salt, turmeric, red chilies and crushed dry coriander, cumin seeds
Step 4
now I take chickpeas in a chopper and make gram flour then also add it to the mixture.
Step 4
after that, I mix it well and make the mixture then leave it for 2 hours.
after that, I make kabab with hands.
Step 5
then I take oil in a frying pan and fry the kababs on medium flame
here the recipe is ready and served with yogurt raita.
