Can you believe that Seoul is in Subic? It's my pleasure to introduce you to Seoul Korean Restaurant here in Subic Bay Freeport Zone. Savoring the taste and vibes, my friends and I recently found ourselves indulging in an unforgettable Korean barbecue experience.
It was a night of laughter, good conversations, and, of course, a feast fit for kings!
The scent of grilled meat, spices, and sizzling side dishes greeted us as soon as we entered Seoul Korean Restaurant. We were spoilt for choice by the restaurant's vibrant and genuine Korean menu.
While samgyupsal was the highlight of the evening, we couldn't resist trying out other mouthwatering Korean dishes:
Kimchi – This classic Korean staple was tangy, spicy, and perfectly fermented. It complemented every dish on the table.
Eomuk (Fish Cake) – A delightful snack that was both chewy and flavorful, served in a warm broth that was soothing to the soul.
Ramyeon – No Korean meal is complete without a steaming hot bowl of ramyeon. The spicy, savory noodles were a hit, especially with some side dishes.
Bulgogi BiBimbap – A beautifully presented rice bowl topped with a medley of seasoned vegetables, a fried egg, and gochujang (spicy red pepper paste). Mixing it all created a symphony of flavors and textures we couldn't get enough of.
Tangsuyuk – This Korean-style sweet and sour pork had a perfect balance of crunch and tenderness, with a sauce that was both tangy and slightly sweet.
Korean Fried Chicken - We were pleased by the chicken's delicious, super juicy and its perfectly crispy double-frying.
Our experience was enhanced by the restaurant's atmosphere in addition to the delicious cuisine. The tone for a relaxed eating experience is created by the warm lighting, rustic wooden tables, and background K-pop music.
Groups looking to connect over delicious food will love Seoul Korean Restaurant's authentic Korean dining experience. An everyday dinner is transformed into an exciting and engaging experience by the community grilling feature.
