When was the last time you had your lutang (hanging) moments? How did you get rid of it? In what way do you get back on track?
Food and beverages are considered the essentials of human life. You cannot work effectively if you don't get enough for your body's needs.
It was one day when I had to miss my job because of an important errand. Being a busy person, sometimes I forget to partake in meals to achieve my purpose. After accomplishing one transaction for 4 hours, yes, I started at 8 in the morning and was done at noon, when I was about to get into a food store, a seller asked me a question that made her puzzled. Do you like puto cheese? I answered yeah, as long as the filling is not pork 🤣 and ended up buying nothing. There's no such thing as puto cheese with pork.🤣 I had my lunch in a convenience store (siopao), but my stomach discerned for more. Something sweet, creamy, and cold. Come, let me share my experience with Dela Rama's Coffee Shop that saved my sanity that day.
Brown Inside but Elegant to Look At
Yeah, I am talking about the interior. On most of my visits to some stores, I find their interiors bright and light. However, consider this one different. You can see brown everywhere, from the chairs, tables, and walls. Look, how they customized the space to make it as amusing and cozy as possible.
The light is pretty impressive, too.
Anyway, I was there not only to savor the beauty and art of the structure but also to taste their specialties. Most of all achieved my stomach's satisfaction by prepping myself a place where I could savor my moment.

Aside from their tasty desserts, I was surprised they have a variety of drinks to offer, from coffee, iced coffee, and milkshakes to frappes; might as well spend your time here and choose the best of your choice.
🍹🍰My Orders and My Expression of Satisfaction
Making orders took me more time to decide. I thought of something I assumed was available, from the cakes and other pastries to the drinks. Finally, I ordered a Vanilla Frappe, Cheese stick, and Ensaymada Cheese.
The texture of the bread compliments the taste of the cheese and frosting. Instead of eating a piece of it, I decided to bring some at home for my husband and daughter. My child found it delicious and told me it's her new favorite. For only Php 120.00 or $2.11, you can already acquire 3 pieces.
I expected that the cheese stick would be a bit salty. However, it tastes sweet and chewy, which I think my mouth wanted. It's a little the same with the Fig pie filling if you've tried eating that bread. Each piece costs Php 15.00 or $0.26, the most affordable product in the store.
At times, I don't order vanilla flavor. I did not know where my mind was going when suddenly my mouth uttered I like Vanilla Frappe; little did I know that flavor was better than the ones I had ordered from some stores. I can describe its taste as simple, but when mixed with cream and other mixtures, it became special; sweet, savory, and flavorful. You can buy it for only Php 108.00 or $1.90.
I paid a total of Php 238.00 or $4.19.
After being satisfied and relaxed, I decided to accomplish the remaining tasks I had set for that day. Food is one of my comforts when everything does not go well. I hope you also find yours.
