It's already 2:45 in the afternoon and I got hungry coz we had our lunch around 11 in the morning and I did my laundry after so I get hungry and my snacks now is earlier than the most of the time we have our snacks.
Mostly we take snacks around 3-4 in the afternoon but then I got hungry after doing my laundry so I prepared a snacks for us.
I am planning to cook a banana turon but then lumpia wrapper is already dry and it can't fold anymore even if I spread a little bit of water .Its already broken so I decided to make a banana cue.
It just only an easy banana snack recipe and mostly we buy this at the street and some school canteen.
First ,peel off the ripe banana.
In a hot pan ,add a cooking oil and since I am using a mom sticky pan I a only added a little bit of oil.
Then fried the banana.
Make sure to cook the other side when it turned brown.
Then add 1 table of sugar or depends on you on how sweeter you want.
While you are still cooking the banana just add the sugar so it will caramelized.
For that 8 pieces of banana I added 1 tablespoon of sugar and waited it u til the sugar will caramelized.
When it cooked already ,removed it from the pan and add grated cheese.
The cheese will give an extra tasty to the banana cue ,the little bit salty taste of the cheese will blend the sweetness of the sugar .
My son take a photo of mine will cooking this snack we have for today hihi.

I loved the Tundan bananas, what we call Honey bananas in the West. However, they are already sweet so I'd skip the sugar. I never thought of adding cheese to banana, but your snack looks amazing:)

Oh they look delicious. A little secret, I tried to make banana cues one time. Didn't look as good as yours and the kitchen was pretty smoky afterwards. Oh and the taste was off 🤣
