Diy process of baking a cake

Hello Hive

It has always been my pleasure to learn as many skills as possible, For instance I want to be a fashion designer coupled with many other crafts and skill am interested in baking cooking, block chain and every other thing there is to learn out there.

In essence I want to be independent and be able to make a diy of everything I need by myself.
Designing clothes is getting better by day and now with each opportunity I was privileged to watch the baking process of my sis 10th birthday cake and it was an amazing experience, feeling almost like a baker already.

Process

The first process involves mixing of butter, sugar, flavor eggs, and preservative,

  • Large size sugar can be blended in a blender to make it into a more finer and smoother texture.

  • next sieve the flour to remove particles of dirt and big limbs.

Water is an not an ingredient in baking cake. It is totally avoided and excluded, all working items containing water should be kept away from baking

Next process is to measure out flour and add to the already mixed ingredients above. This is them mixed very well before transferring into a baking pan.

  • The desired shape of cake depends on the pan used, a love shape pan will give you a love shape cake.

  • Clean the pan and grease the surface with butter or vegetable oil so that the cake can be removed easily after it has properly baked in the pan.

Cake dressing is done using glucose, gelatin, icing sugar and little water.

This is mixed properly and flattened on a board with a rolling pin, this is then lightly transfered on the cake accompanied with other dressing.

It was an interesting adventure watching how to bake a cake.
