Hello Hiveians
Most people don't eat snails because of one believe or the other but for those of us that do I find it delicious and a very rich source of protein.
So I prepared some vegetable soup here garnished with snail, meat and dried fish, it also had cow skin and cray fish.
I started with pre-heating the snail and removing it from the shell, I then washed with line as taught by my grandmother before I proceeded to prepare the snail soup.
I have used three different kind of vegetables in the soup, first was the pumpkin leaves, next was bitter leaves and last was the scent leaves.
All properly washed and cleaned here.
Next I have the meat preparations here, they we're boiled and prepared into tiny pieces
Next was the preparation and cleaning or the peppers, tomatoes and onion for this soup.
Which I also had to get them blended here.
In Preparing the soup I first fried the blended tomatoes sauce in palm oil before going further to add in the vegetables and other meat ingredients.
That done and my soup is read.
A rich healthy vegetative soup you can eat with any swallow meals.
I hope you can learn to make this soup for yourself and family
