Hi everyone! Today I bring you this recipe that I made using the fake breadcrumbs that I published in my previous post ( "breadcrumbs" ).I loved how the super crunchy croquettes were with just one pass. The taste is unique!
Hola a todos! El día de hoy les traigo está receta que hice utilizando el falso pan rallado que publique en mi anterior post
Ame como quedaron las croquetas súper crocantes con tan solo una pasada . El sabor es único!
Ingredients/ Ingredientes
FOR THE FILLING
- Chicken
- 1/2 onion
- 100 grams of milk cream
- 30 grams of breadcrumbs
- 40 grams of grated cheese
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
- Salt to taste
- Garlic powder
- Pepper
FOR THE BREADING
- 2 eggs
- Bread crumbs
Para el relleno
- Pollo
- 1/2 cebolla
- 100 gramos de crema de leche
- 30 gramos de pan rallado
- 40 gramos de queso rallado
- 1 cucharaditas de nuez moscada
- Sal a gusto
- Ajo en polvo
- Pimienta
Para el empanado- 2 huevos
- Pan rallado
Preparations/ Preparación
1 Chop the onion and fry, when the onion begins to be transparent add the nutmeg salt, pepper and garlic powder, add the heavy cream and leave it to act for about 10 minutes.
1 Picar la cebolla y sofreír , cuando la cebolla comience a estar transparente agregar la nuez moscada sal pimienta y ajo en polvo, agregar la crema de leche y dejarla actuar por unos 10 minutos.
2 Crumble the chicken, place it in the pan and mix everything. Add the breadcrumbs and once it is ready, reserve it in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours (this step is important because later the assembly will be easier)
2 Desmiga el pollo ,colócalo en la sartén y mezcla todo. Agrégale el pan rallado y una vez esté listo reservarlo en la nevera un mínimo de 4 horas ( este paso es importante porque luego será más fácil el armado)
3 To finish, beat the eggs and season them (I used oregano, salt and pepper).
4 Make chicken buns, pass them through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs. I guarantee that a single pass is more than enough.
3 Para finalizar, bate los huevos y condimentalos(yo use orégano sal y pimienta).
4 Arma bollos de pollo ,pásalos por huevo y luego por el pan rallado. Les garantizo que con una sola pasada es más que suficiente.
5 Cook until golden brown on both sides and that's it. I accompanied them with arugula and parmesan salad, my husband's favorite.
5 Cocinalos hasta que estén doraditos de ambos lados y eso es todo. Yo los acompañe con ensalada de rúcula y parmesano , la favorita de mi esposo.
