Hi everyone!! Today I want to share with you this dish that seems festive, easy to prepare and above all, super exquisite!
Hola a todos!! El día de hoy les quiero compartir este platillo que parece de fiesta, fácil de preparar y por sobre todo , súper exquisito!
Ingredients/Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. room temperature butter, divided.
- 450 g minced meat.
- 1 red bell peppers, finely chopped.
- 1/2 onion.
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled.
- 2 raw eggs.
- Ham.
- Cheese.
- 2 cda. manteca temperatura ambiente, cantidad dividida.
- 450 g carne picada.
- 1 pimientos rojo, picado finamente.
- 1/2 cebolla.
- 4 huevos duros y pelados.
- 2 huevos crudos.
- Jamón.
- Queso.
Instructions/Instrucciones
1 First, chop the onion, bell pepper and in a deep bowl mix the minced meat, salt, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, pepper, parsley, a tablespoon of butter, and the 2 raw eggs.
1 Primeramente picar la cebolla , el morrón y en un recipiente profundo mezclar la carne picada, sal, ajo en polvo , comino, orégano, pimienta, perejil, una cucharada de manteca, y los 2 huevos crudos.
2 Mix with your hands, kneading until everything is mixed well.
2 Mezclar con las manos, amasando hasta que todo esté mezclado bien.
3 Distribute this mixture on waxed paper, parchment paper or whatever you prefer (it is to be able to form the roll)
3 Distribuir esta mezcla sobre papel encerado ,papel manteca o lo que sea de tu preferencia (es para poder formar el rollo)
4 Place the ham, at one end the cheese and on top of the 4 boiled eggs on the meat, and roll up.
4 Colocar el jamón ,en un extremo el queso y por encima los 4 huevos cocidos sobre la carne, y enrollar.
5 Butter a tray, carefully place the meatloaf and bake over medium heat for 20 minutes.
5 Enmantecar una bandeja ,colocar con cuidado el albondigon y llevarlo al horno a fuego medio por 20 minutos .
6 Then remove from the oven, discard any juice that has accumulated on the tray (taking care not to break the meatloaf, or burn yourself!).
6 Luego retirar del horno, descartar cualquier jugo que se haya acumulado en la bandeja (cuidando de no romper el albondigón, ¡o quemarte!).
7 Brush the meatloaf with the remaining butter, increase the oven temperature to the maximum and return the meatloaf to the oven for 10 minutes.
7 Pintar el albondigón con la manteca restante, incrementar la temperatura del horno al máximo y regresar el albondigón al horno por otros 10 minutos.
8 Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. I accompanied it with lettuce and tomato salad.
8 Retirar del horno y dejar reposar por 5 minutos. Yo lo acompañe con ensalada de lechuga y tomate.
