Preparation
Step 1
Eliminare le foglie esterne dei carciofi.

Remove the highest points of the artichokes.

Absorb the artichokes water and lemon so they don't darken.

Bubble them for around 10 minutes in daintily salted water.

Meanwhile, pour the oil, ground parmesan and thyme leaves into a dish.
Step 8
Channel the artichokes, cut them down the middle and eliminate the inward facial hair.
Step 9
Disperse the artichokes in the container and complete with newly ground pepper and a shower of oil.
Step 10
Cook them in a "static" broiler (currently hot) at 200 degrees for roughly 25 minutes.
