Artihoke and broad beans in olive oil

Artihoke, broad bean,scallion,salt,olive oil,flour(2 tbsp),lemon juice(1),dill.Artihokes and broad beans are prepared as in the photos.

Flour,water,salt,lemon juice are put in a bowl.Artichokes and broad beans are put into this mixture.Water ,salt,flour,lemon juice mixture will be used in cooking.Makes the food more delicious.

Onion is roasted in olive oil.Artichoke and broad beans are added.

Water mixture is put enough to cover the artichokes. Artichokes and broad beans are cooked until softens.
